”The property was amazing, the photos do not do it justice it is beautiful. Wake up in the morning to the sunrise, relax on the front porch with the views of the huge valley and the majestic mountains, mezmerizing. Later in the day relax and watch the sunset. So many wonderful, beautiful places to see. We were there for 9 nites and did not want to leave. We will be back. Gregg and Laquita Lubbock, Texas.”

”Comfortable housing and amenities. We enjoyed our time here - 3 nights. Management was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home. There were a few things lacking such as dish towels, kitchen utensils/colander, a couple of hand towels, and a fire starter for the community fire pit.”

”We stayed here one night before leaving super early for uncompahgre peak. Simple and clean. We could never get the TV on, but I suppose you shouldn’t be watching TV in lake city anyways. Management was super nice and quick to respond. Overall a great experience!”

”Our family of six stayed in one of the tiny houses and while it was a bit of a squeeze, it was surprisingly comfortable and well equipped. Everything is beautiful and modern too! The kids enjoyed sleeping up in the loft beds. They also loved the games in the event barn, and the pool. A great spot to stay in the Montrose area!”

”We loved our stay in our tiny cabin! Montrose is about a 10 minute drive North, and Ouray was about a 30 minute drive south! It was a great place to unwind after long days of hiking nearby. The tiny house was very clean and in a quiet community. Made for a relaxing stay.”
