Enjoy a comfortable stay in this modern apartment located right in the heart of Ourense, just a 2-minute walk from Plaza Mayor – perfect for exploring the city on foot.



With capacity for up to 4 guests, the apartment features a bright living room with a sofa, dining table, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi connection, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, cooking utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machines, washing machine, toaster, and fridge, so you can prepare your meals comfortably.



There are two bedrooms: one with a 1.50 m double bed (without windows) and another with a 1.35 m double bed, designed to ensure a restful sleep. The apartment also offers electric radiators, perfect for winter, and a complete bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.



Street parking is available, making your stay more convenient if you’re coming by car.



Located in a central area, it’s very close to the Puente do Milenio and the Roman Bridge, surrounded by tapas bars, shops, and just a 5-minute drive from the famous Outariz Hot Springs.



From Ourense, you can explore the stunning Ribeira Sacra, with its viewpoints and the Sil Canyon, enjoy hiking and cycling routes, and visit charming villages such as Allariz.

The keys are collected at our central office, located 2.6 km from the apartment.



As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent via email.



The security deposit will be held via a credit card, and the guest will need to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.
