This cozy apartment for up to 7 guests, located in the center of Ourense, is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.



Just a few minutes walking from the famous A Burgas thermal baths, its location is ideal for exploring the city and enjoying its well-known thermal waters.



Located on the seventh floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment has a parking space for one car, which facilitates access and mobility during your stay. With capacity for up to seven guests, it has two bedrooms with a double bed, one with two single beds and another with a single bed, offering an ideal space for both families and groups of friends.



The kitchen is fully equipped, with a ceramic hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and necessary utensils to prepare meals as if at home. The spacious and bright living-dining room includes a flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi, perfect for teleworking or relaxing after a day of tourism.



The apartment has two full bathrooms with bathtub, towels, and hair dryer, designed to cover all your needs during your stay.



Thanks to its excellent location, you will be able to enjoy the main attractions of Ourense walking, with easy access to restaurants, shops and cultural places such as the Roman bridge or the Cathedral of Ourense. Galician gastronomy is a true pleasure, starting with the typical Galician octopus, seafood and numerous tapas. Those who seek nature have easy access by car to Ribeira Sacra, with many hiking routes and the famous Sil Canyon. The town of Allariz with its picturesque streets is 20 minutes by car.



To keep in mind:



The departure time is at 10:00 AM, but you can request a later departure if possible. The request must be made at least 24 hours before departure.



The key handover is done at our central offices, 2.5 km from the apartment.



We do not accept parties or events.



The parking space is suitable for a car with normal dimensions, not being suitable for minivan, SUV, etc. styles.



As required by law, we must request copies of the DNI's or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.



The bail will be retained through a credit card and the client will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
