”Front desk was excellent. Breakfast was well done and well stocked compared to other places we stayed.”

”Coffee maker was dated, not a Keurig. Disposal was jammed & not working, but they fixed it right away. Everything else was very nice. Comfortable place to stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good food for breakfasts. Definitely recommend this place.”

”I was really disappointed with this stay. The vent in the bathroom was held to the ceiling with duct table. It appears they attempted to seal a crack in the top and caulking was blatantly visible. The tv turned on and volume up and down, but we couldn't change the channels. Got a new remote, new batteries for the old remote, still didn't work. And to top it off the WHITE towels were dirty... WHITE TOWELS DIRTY!! I did NOT want to take a shower!! Now that I think about it, I should have went...

”There was mold and rust everywhere. There was hair in the shower and a beer can under the bed.”

”Very clean, comfortable and quiet. I met the owners that run the hotel and they are very friendly folks. All the amenities worked well. These are the things that are important to me.”

”I liked that the actual rooms inside were fairly clean with comfortable beds and good hot water pressure in the shower. What I did not like was that the appearance of the place looked like a low-income apartment building. The residence got loud on Sunday night after midnight, and I had a plane to catch at 6am.”

”I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the updates that were made in the room. I would stay there again if I’m in the Tulsa area again.”

”All in all not a bad stay just a few hiccups hopefully by the next time we have to come and stay they will have them fixed staff was friendly and tried to communicate us”

”The customer service, hotel nice and cleaned”

”The check in process was easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The elevators were clean. We ate at one of the restaurants in the casino, and the food was good, The price’s were great. Drinks at the bar were very reasonable. All in all, we highly recommend the Hard Rock hotel and Casino for a great weekend getaway.”

”Our room didn't have a mini fridge. The first room I checked didn't close good so the door had a gap.”
