When busy you hear and feel everything. The people upstairs when they walk, talk, open a faucet. When people talk outside especially near the wall heater (must be an opening cold air under it). The groomers on the hill beeping away as if its outside the front door. The unit is ideally located to the North base at Blue, #4 base. Yes you can walk to lift 300m. There is no day lodge at this base to change boots etc or food service so planning is needed or walk in your ski boots and bring snacks. Internet was okay, not super fast but okay. Appliances worked fine. Coffee maker is old school 4 cup drip without any filters provided. All the basics were covered in the kitchen (cutlery, 1 knife, dishware etc). Its warm with a heated floor and wall unit heater. Bathroom was tiny but functional aside from no aerator in faucet (water sprays everywhere). The fan sounds like you're taking off at airport so loud. Its not a romantic get away or private condo. If you are Travelodge/Super 8 motel type probably fine. If you are timeshare/RCI acquainted this will disappoint severly.
I contacted ted Vacasa to try and arrive a day early. 20 min on phone (online did not work) and they added to wrong day (after not before). So had to call back as my credit card was charged, another 20 min call plus a call back later. Its not fun dealing with this company. The local office in Collingwood was fine, they called 2 hours before check in to verify location, text received for door code and basic rules.
