Property was well kept, room met expectations and was clean, staff was frkendly. All in all it was a good stay however suggest the property installs video security for the parking lot, disregard if this statement is false and the hotel has this already, I was informed they do not. Before stepping foot in the parking lot, right after I parked, right after a non-stop day of travel and everything that brings, I was trying to figure out some details on my rental car when my window was knocked on. A police officer had been working through the parking lot with a flashlight and then knocked on my window. He asked if I saw anyone running around, which I had not. Why? They had alot of car theft breakins recently, and had a report within the last hour.
That was great to know and reinforced dont leave anything in the car, but left we concern that a thief might break a window to gain access, then find nothing in the car to steal, then I am left with the rental car company bill or insurance deductible for the window smash.
Video surveillance would provide more security and comfort to help with a situations as described.
Otherwise, nice hotel and hope they consider a hot tub someday in the future.
