”Hello, I paid on Expedia with a different form of payment and then was charged also at your desk. This was not just a hold it was a charge for the room. I was double charged.”

”Staff was curtious and attentive and made sure our of needs were met. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel location was very convenient, pently of shopping and dinning options near by and a short drive to downtown area.”

”Nice water pressure. The only bad thing it doesn't have elevators. It's got two levels, but no elevator. The staff was nice enough to give us the bottom floor because it would be hard to climb stairs for me.”

”Great staff. Very helpful. Worked with us. Pool had tons of chlorine in it. Bathroom door would not shut unless you lifted seat. Tv hard to work and reception wasn’t very good. But staff and cleanliness was worth it. Toilet backed up but they fixed it quickly. Would stay again.”

”Everything was very good except pool area Sunday morning was a mess. Coffee in the morning ran out of robust coffee a couple of times. Breakfast area clean and pool usually clean except Sunday morning.”

”The gym has equipment but it doesn’t work and the pool is murky and the paint is peeling off the bottom of the pool and on the top of the edge of the pool has so much mildew that people actually sign their names on it . The room had hair left in the shower and the hot tub that was in the room wasn’t cleaned in a long time”

”The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. Seems like if you are in the hospitality business, you should be hospitable. The security guard was super friendly and helpful, though and made sure that I was able to park...

”The property was clean and pretty well maintained but is starting to show its age a bit. However, I have no real complaints. I had a couple of interactions with the staff and they were great, no issues at all with the service. The location was convenient for the purpose of my trip, there were nearby restaurants and shops, I would definitely stay there again.”

I actually enjoy the quirkiness of staying in "non-hotel" rooms and this one didn't disappoint so FYI: there is no outlet in the kitcehn except behind he fridge so it you want to use the toaster, you'll need to plug in the living room.the shelves in the kitchen are so tall, there is no way to reach the cookware above the second shelf and the lowest shelf just had...
