”Be aware that the pull out couch has no mattress, it is a folding sofa and the sleep surface is very hard, do not recommend using it for sleeping. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and breakfast is good.”

”Staff were courteous. Room and building were clean. Bathroom was clean. It was a mobility accessible room and a sliding bench shower chair was shown in ad. However there was only a shower chair in the tub. This was barely adequate. There was a used coffee cup that had been shoved back against the wall between two pieces of furniture. If we are in the area again, we would stay here.”

”First of all, the guy at the desk was perfectly accommodating and helpful. No complaint there. But the hotel itself, -5 stars. This was the nastiest hotel I’ve stayed in since my high school wild days chasing the girls and a case of beer. I booked on Expedia and when I got there, I was asked if I wanted to pay extra for a “nicer” room. I declined and took the room I booked. It was down hill from there. ”The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large. We initially planned to bring our dog but changed plans. The room was certainly large enough to accommodate a large dog. Will definitely stay here again!”

”TV Directions are needed with something like: “Input, Portal, Live TV Cable, Guide.” Otherwise, you get “Samsung TV Plus is not available due to a network problem.” The breakfast area TVs were not working since the staff didn’t know how to get them working. The light fixture in Rm. 417 was full of bugs. We arrived at 1 PM and the front desk gave us a room where the sheets had not been changed. We know this because of the back sweat and peanut shells. We were given new sheets to install ourselves...
