âThe parking lot wasnât well cleared of snow and ice.The fitness center is a joke. The treadmill was broken and the recumbent bike was so unstable I thought I would fall over. No complimentary breakfast. The towels were so thin and small, I thought the bath towel was a hand towel. If youâre bigger than a size 6 it might not wrap around you. Staff was friendly and the restaurant is decent. You will find the same foul mouthed regulars drinking at the bar nightly though. â

âI didnât like the fact that there wasnât staff at certain parts of the day. The fact that I checked in at 4:30pm and couldnât get any extra towels, pillows, or toilet paper was insane to me. I also didnât like the check in process on the iPad device, the person through the iPad was nice but I want someone that is physically there. Everything else was fine.â
