”Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more.
Great value for money.
Hosts warm, friendly, welcoming, there if you needed anything but also left you alone if that's what you wanted also.
Excellent wi fi.
Dog friendly.
Lovely welcome gift, you will have to book if you want to know what that is.
Have already decided to book again for our next trip.”

”Beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so cosy, clean & well looked after. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth. Highly recommend using this host and also their property. Thanks for a great stay ”

”Very strict policies. Don't arrive early. Don't arrive late. Also be prepared for a long lecture about your duties and responsibilities as a paying customer. I don't think I've ever felt so stressed about staying at a hotel. I actually felt the need to take photos of all surfaces and rooms before check-out just to be prepared for the much advertised spot-checks. The funny thing is that with all the emphasis on guest-cleanliness there was a smell of mildew at the elevators and bathrooms, cobwebs...

”The property is in a good location for the First Arena Direct. The apartments are functional but lack character and warmth, they are very clinical. The air conditioning is awful and the bedroom was like a hot house, even with a fan on!!! That is in November!
If I had been on my own I would have not stayed as there is no lock nor security bar on the back of the door, anyone with access to a key could come in and you would be none the wiser, until it is too late. I would not recommend for solo...

”I stayed here for one night when I was in Leeds working.
The apartment was bigger and better equipped than I expected it to be, with some nice touches like high quality soaps etc. and a Nespresso machine with some proper Nespresso capsules! It was quiet and I slept well.
The reception is only open for a limited time, and it is in a different building, which is not ideal with luggage, but it would certainly not put me off coming again.”
