-PET-FREE PROPERTY – Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
-The Lily is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!
-This is a 2-story home and stairs are required to reach all 3 bedrooms. The kitchen, laundry room, powder bath, and all living areas are on the 1st floor.
-The Lily has a driveway for parking (garage is owner use only). If you have additional cars, unmarked street parking is available first-come, first-served.
-Our home has a video doorbell which records video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay. Guests must not cover up a camera.

Cancellation Policy
Oxford Vacation Rentals offers a 60-day cancellation policy, allowing flexibility while ensuring fairness to both guests and homeowners. However, Oxford Vacation Rentals maintains a strict no-cancellation policy for high-demand events, including Ole Miss football games (regular and postseason), concerts, the Double Decker Festival, and Ole Miss Graduation. These events bring significant demand, and reservations are considered final once booked.

RULES
-Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 to be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
-All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
-Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
-We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, severe weather events, and much more.
-Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
-Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you.
-No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home.

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS
We don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. If you use the grill or fire pit (if applicable), you are on the honor system for cleaning. If you prefer us to clean it, it is an extra $25 fee – please let us know so we can allow enough time! We appreciate you!
