”Booked & paid but didn’t receive check in info. Called as instructed but owner said system was down and he would call me back. Travelled 6 hours, an hour away from property. but owner never called. I called him & he said he ment to call me because the space I paid for had been extended by the previous tenant and if I called Expedia he would issue my refund and honor my reservation at another one of their spaces. ”Beautiful Cottage. My husband and his son had a lovely stay.
The communication failed regarding the thermostar - App under control of owner. It was a cold spell, but they like the temp 68 degrees day and night. On the last day when i checked re comfort. He said it had been cold. The thermostat was at 58 degrees. If you need heat be sure to check tbe thermostat relects your request.”

”It had a weird smell. The trundle bed was broken, the larger bed was supported by books. There is no oven, but a toaster oven. More blankets and sheets should be provided. The shower was hot, which was nice since the weather was very cold during our stay. Thermostat is available to turn the heat on. ”
