  • Henkeäsalpaava Hollywood Beach -koti. Rakennettu vuonna 2007 ja sisältää näkymät rannalle ja merelle. Sisään tultuaan huomaat heti, kuinka valoisa ja raikas tämä talo tuntuu. Ensimmäisellä tasolla on kaksi makuuhuonetta, kylpyamme, pesutupa ja autotalli. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta ja toisessa täysi makuuhuone. Autotallissa on kaikki rannan herkut, joita voit ikinä toivoa, ja ne ovat tervetulleita käytettäviksi. Toisessa kerroksessa on olohuone, keittiö, ruokailutila, kolmas makuuhuone (king-vuode) ja kylpyhuone. Olohuoneessa on mukava sohva, takka ja taulutelevisio. Keittiössä on puukaapit, upea graniitti työtasot, aamiaisbaarien istuimet ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on toinen oleskelutila, jossa vuodesohva, taulutelevisio ja kauniit merinäkymät. Tämä makuuhuone sijaitsee myös tällä tasolla ja siinä on queen-vuode, oma takka, taulutelevisio, baarikeittiö ja oma kylpyhuone. Master-kylpyammeessa on sekä tilava suihku että kylpyamme. Älä unohda tarkistaa kattokansia! Haluat viettää suurimman osan lomastasi täällä upealla merinäköalalla, runsaalla istumapaikoilla koko perheen viettämiseen ja grillaamiseen! Pakko nähdä! Sijaitsee kadun toisella puolella rannasta.

Magnificent home right at the beach.

Gorgeous property, multiple great places for groups to congregate, roof deck with spectacular views. Fully stocked with everything you need, easy walk to the beach. Top floor suite is spectacular too.

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very quiet. The views from the third floor master suite and the roof deck are spectacular. The Re/Max team was easy to work with and responsive, including sending out someone to fix a broken thermostat about an hour after we called. We would gladly stay here again.

This is a fantastic vacation spot. The house is lovely with lots of space and great views from the top floor and rooftop deck. There are bikes, kayaks and beach chairs for use in the garage. The location was wonderful- right across the street from a quiet beach and a short walk to the shopping center (where there is a farmer's market on Sundays). Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property.

Beautiful home, great views, amazing neighborhood

Just finished a few days at this terrific property. We enjoyed the rooftop breezes from the beach as we watched the sailboats cruise by in the marina and as they headed out to open water.Oxnard is terrific - close enough to L.A. but not nearly the mad pace.We were able to walk to the coffee shop, enjoy the park areas and beach, and the fresh fruit at the farmers market was the freshest imaginable. House was clean and well equipped with the common expected items - so thankful for the warm welcome and comfortable stay!

Awesome Property

The house is beautiful. All amenities we needed were provided. Beds were very comfortable. Area is quiet and well maintained. Nice quiet, walking beach steps from the house. Close to Channel Islands. We also found an amazing coffee shop nearby!

The home was lovely and well appointed. Plenty of room for our family. The kitchen had most things I needed for cooking. The hosts were in regular contact. Only one small issue which could not be anticipated or avoided...with the rain we discovered that the roof leaked. Remax was on it immediately and took care of the problem! This was Christmas eve in Oxnard that rarely gets this kind of storm. We'd love to stay with them again.

Oxnard was a great location to get on and off the freeway, be out of the city and on the beach. We loved that we were able to walk the beach, and see the Channel Islands. The bonus was the sea lions that make Oxnard their home.

Property is exactly as described. While there isn’t air conditioning, we did fine without it by opening windows. Beach access is directly across the street. Those from out of the area may not realize it is a deep beach, meaning that there is a bit of small sand dunes to walk through to reach the water. So just a short hike. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication from the host/property manager.
