**Note: This home does not have air conditioning. It is not common to have AC by the beach. We do provide fans for each room and you are welcome to open the doors/windows to enjoy the ocean breeze.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation

PETS
>Pets are welcome, max 2, dogs only
>Must be accompanied at all times, or kenneled when away
>$40/night for 1st pet, $20/night for 2nd pet

DEPOSIT
$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays/events)

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
