Äskettäin sisustettu Oceanfront Luxury Home - Silver Strand Beach - hiekalla!

Rannan ystävämme paratiisi on kaunis kolmen tarinan laadukas muotoiltu koti, joka nukkuu kymmenen mukavasti, mutta toimii myös hienosti kahdelle. Talo on varustettu ja kalustettu kaikella, mitä saatat haluta rannalla. Hissi tarjoaa helpon pääsyn kaikkiin kolmeen kerrokseen. Hiljaiset tunnit ovat klo 22.00–7.00, älä soita vahvistettua musiikkia tai ääntä hiljaisina aikoina.

Talo, joka sijaitsee kauniissa Silverstrand-rantayhteisössä, on rakennettu vuonna 2003. Suunnittelijakodissa on kolmannessa kerroksessa kolme makuuhuonetta, jotka ovat eristäytyneitä ja yksityisiä. Kahdessa pienemmässä huoneessa on queen-vuoteet ja vaatekaapin peilatut ovet, ja niissä on kylpyhuone; Master-sviitissä on Kalifornian kuningasvuode, kaasutakka, TV, kattoikkuna, kynsijalkainen kylpyamme, ylisuuri turhamaisuus pesuallasineen, vaatehuone, iso suihkukaappi kolmella erillisellä suihkulla ja liitetty parveke . Master-sviitistä on upeat näkymät merelle, ikkunat lattiasta kattoon.

Toisessa kerroksessa on gourmet-keittiö, suuri huone, jossa on 50 tuuman plasmanäyttö, ruokasali / olohuone, jossa on 10-paikkainen pöytä, pienempi makuuhuone, jossa täysi sänky ja jauhehuone (puoli kylpy).

Ruokasali / olohuone on lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat kaasutakka yhdessä nurkassa; ruokasali avautuu kannelle merinäköalalla ja portaikko, joka johtaa hiekkaan. Gourmet-keittiössä on kaksi nolla-alempaa jääkaappia, Viking 6 -polttoaine- / kiertoilmalämmitin, mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone. Keittiöympäristö voi inspiroida toistavia kokkeja kokeilemaan ympäri vuoden tuoretuotteita ja tuoretta kalaa paikallisilta markkinoiltamme.

Talo on täynnä kaiuttimia ja mahtava Sonos-äänijärjestelmä, joten musiikkia voi soittaa suuressa huoneessa, keittiössä, olohuoneessa, Master Suite -sovelluksessa, ulkoterassilla ja jopa autotallissa!

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on makuuhuone, jossa on Cal King -sänky, peilatut vaatekaappiovet, täydellinen kylpyhuone, travertiinilaattalattiat, sisäänkäyntihuone, jossa pieni jääkaappi ja mikroaaltouuni. Olohuoneessa on myös queen-size-vuodesohva. Autotallissa on BBQ, 5 polkupyörää, 2 pystyssä olevaa meloa, 2 kaksinkertaista merikajakkia, 4 boogie-lautaa, 5 surffilautaa, 18 erikokoista märkäpukua, 8 rantatuolia ja sateenvarjoa, maissireiän peli ja hiekka leluja. Kaasu-Bar-B-Q voidaan viedä ulos autotallista kannelle, jossa voit katsella surffaajien leikkiä, ja aurinko laskee samalla kun Grillaat suosikkiateriaasi.

Ajotieltä voi pysäköidä 4 autoa, yritä pysäköidä ajotieltä, ei kadulle.

This is our 7 or 8 time at Ellen’s Beautiful Beach house and I can’t say enough about the house and Ellen’s response if you need anything during your stay. To be able to watch the grandkids surf and play in the ocean while we enjoy sitting in the glorious bedroom suite is my highlight. The grandchildren always ask me to book again before we even leave. We will be back.

Perfect location. Exactly what we wanted for this fun family weekend. The house was beautiful and had all the space we needed. Access to the beach and the views it provided were mesmerizing. Host was attentive and communicated very well. We are hoping to stay here again very soon.

A group of lifetime friends, mostly all nurses, come together for a three day weekend every February. We have stayed here at Ellen’s house several times and at others in the area also. Ellen’s house is by far our favorite. Beautiful, comfortable, and always spotless. Luxury at its best. We eat, sew and catch up with each others lives while we watch the ocean. The best!

My family and I had a great stay here! Ellen was a great host. She was very responsive and accommodating. Her home is well stocked, clean, spacious and comfortable. There are lots of impressive amenities avail for use (bikes, wet suits, built-in speakers that play music throughout the home, etc). To top it all off, the fact that her home is beachfront property cannot be beat! Highly Recommend!

Beautiful home, lovely beach. There were 9 of us at this home for 3 nights. Plenty of room to spread out and perfect layout for times we all wanted to congregate together. So many amenities! Just about every possible kitchen amenity, tons of games, beach toys, etc. We loved that there was all the little things in the kitchen that you might have forgotten or don’t want to buy for a couple of days like cooking oil, salt & pepper, napkins, coffee, tea bags, etc. More than enough supplies like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The master bedroom is an absolute dream! Fireplaces worked & were easy to use. Had a quick question about the music system. Messaged the host and got an immediate response including her personal cell number. So fun visiting with the sea lions every morning! We will definitely be back to this property!!A perfect stay.

This is a beautiful beach house! Our family has celebrated in this special home the last 4 years in a row. This year was incredible again with perfect California weather and a pristine beach. The house has iconic views of the Channel Islands and we had the added excitement of a playful colony of sea lions enjoying the surf and resting by the water in front of the house. It was so incredible to have them there the entire stay. We also saw dolphins and enjoyed gorgeous sunsets. Ellen is a wonderful host and has everything curated for a perfect vacation. I appreciate her kindness in offering early check in/late check out when the schedule allows.That is super helpful when coordinating family driving in from out of state. Thank you Ellen! We had the best time at your magical house. Happy Holidays!

This is our 4th time renting this beach house. This house is marvelous. It has every amenity one could want. The location is perfect. And they have every toy imaginable. The owner is fantastic to work with. Very easy check in. The elevator is a life saver for us as one member of our family has MS so she can get around. I highly recommend this house.

We absolutely love this house! Ellen is always so generous. The house is clean, inviting, and has the most amazing views. We spend hours in the dining and kitchen area drinking coffee, playing games, and making all the meals while laughing and enjoying each other’s company. The walk to the beach is incredible the kids spend hours playing in the water, playing football or volleyball. We can’t wait to come back next year and make more memories!!

We returned to this beautiful beach house for a get away with family. The location right on the sand is priceless. The length of the beach to the water makes it safe for the littles. The house has anything you could want for fun…bikes, sea kayaks and plenty of games. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. On top of all of this, the beach house is beautifully decorated. The owner, Ellen was so accommodating and responded instantly. Five stars..all the way!

The house and location are absolutely stunning the view of the beach is amazing. Unfortunately, there was a pretty serious flea infestation. Every room, except the master bedroom had fleas in the beds. The fleas were in the couches in the rug at the dining table, and in the kitchen. We were All set to stay there. For four nights, however, one of my daughters decided to leave early with her family because of the fleas. The rest of us who decide to endure the situation paid for it later. I let the owner know of the problem while we were there, and she said this had never happened before. Unfortunately, the were an issue even once we got home. They were in the bags that held our kitchen food so we had to throw all of that out. The next two days I spent doing laundry on the sanitize cycle since we found fleas in our luggage. Aside from the fleas, the general cleanliness of the kitchen and main living area was disappointing. There was a thick buildup of dirt right in front of the kitchen sink that must have taken months to build up. The couches had dust on the back behind the cushions, and there were fleas in the cushions that jumped out when we were looking for one of the kids puzzle pieces. I guess I would have expected more from a listing that we paid over $7000 for four nights. Sad that the overshadowing memories for this family trip were about fleas rather than family time. :-( This beautiful house really needs a deep clean and flea exterminator.
