Upea viktoriaaninen Beachfront Estate Mandalay Beachillä

Tässä 4000 neliöjalkaa viktoriaanisessa tyylisessä kodissa on 100 metriä rantaa edestä, josta on panoraamanäkymät merelle kaikista kolmesta yksiköstä. Rannan edessä on kansi, jossa on patio, jossa on maakaasugrilli ja palokuoppa.

Talo on jaettu kolmeen osaan, jotka voidaan vuokrata vain yhdessä. Meillä on 6 makuuhuonetta, joissa 9 yksityistä makuutilaa, joihin mahtuu 22 ihmistä. Yläkerrassa on yksi täydellinen keittiö, jossa on graniittitasot, mutta jokaisessa yksikössä on jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja tehosekoitin.
Talossa on seitsemän taulutelevisiota, DVD-soittimet ja Netflix kussakin yksikössä, viisi kylpyhuonetta (kolme poreallas), kaksi kaasu-takka ja kaksi sähkötakkaa.

Yksikkö on 1 makuuhuone, joka nukkuu 4; B-yksikkö on 2 makuuhuoneen nukkuu 10; ja Penthouse (PH) -yksikkö on 3 makuuhuoneen nukkuminen 8.

Yhden makuuhuoneen yksikkö on ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, ja siitä on upeat näkymät rannalle ja merelle makuuhuoneesta, keittiöstä ja ruokailutilasta. Rap-kuningatar-vuodesohva ympäröi takkaa ja taulutelevisiota. Ruokapöytä on keittiön saaren vieressä. Queen-vuode on makuuhuoneessa ja kuningatar vuodesohva on den alueella.

Kaksi makuuhuonetta on myös ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja niistä on uimaranta ja merinäköala makuuhuoneesta, jossa on queen-vuode. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen kerrossänky ja erillinen vyöry, jossa kaapissa oleva kaksoisvuode. Denissä on iso TV, queen-vuode, ruokapöytä ja osittainen keittiö.

Tammi kierreportaat johtavat yläkertaan kattohuoneistohuoneistoon, josta on panoraamanäkymät rannalle ja merelle olohuoneesta, ruokasalista ja keittiöstä. Siellä on täysin varustettu gourmet-keittiö, epäviralliset ja muodolliset ruokailutilat sekä iso olohuone, jossa iso näyttö-tv, kaasutakka ja useita oleskelualueita. Vastapäätä keittiötä on den, jossa on queen-vuode. Keittiön ja olohuoneen välissä, ranskalaiset ovet avautuvat parvekkeelle, jossa on istuimet edessä merellä ja sisäänrakennettu kaasugrilli.

Family reunion 2025

Right at the beach. Beach toys and chairs aplenty. Clean with plenty of hot water for 16 of us to shower. Beautiful views, TV and wi-fi were good. Great kitchen, living room and dining room for so many people. Lots of beds. Weather could have been sunnier but hard to pin that on the VRBO house.

Great Location

We stayed a long weekend at Mandalay Beach House. The location was excellent, it truly sits on the sand of the beach. There was plenty of room for our large party to stay and enjoy ourselves.The house itself is a bit older, but it is clean and welcoming. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property owner/manager was quick to respond and was very helpful.

Daughter’s wedding

We had friends and family from all over the country coming in for a wedding. This house was the only one I could find listed that allowed for all the people to have sleeping privacy. And a kitchen, eating area, and sitting space big enough to accommodate everyone at once. And everyone was thrilled to be right on the beach. We even had a garage to keep all the wedding stuff so we didn’t have to worry about it out on the street.

A great stay for family and friends

The place was a beautiful stay for a large group. My bridal party and I were staying there and the location was perfect for a California stay. We’d walk along the beach and the place was close to the areas we were visiting. There were more than enough beds for each of us and the place was very clean. It has lots of natural light. We would stay here again!

Amazing view, super cool house!!

The house is so spacious, super comfortable for a big group. The living space upstairs has incredible views, we enjoyed the sunsets right on the beach just steps away, as well as from both the rooftop balcony and second floor balcony of the house. A great stay in a beautiful home!

Fantastic spot!

The property was perfect for our family get together. The kitchen was perfect for cooking with the family and you had beautiful views of the beach from the kitchen and living room! We could all fit around the living room and hang out and talk. Just steps from the sand, we played on the beach all day and even got in some hoops at the basketball court! Everyone had their own space in this spacious property and it was just perfect for us!

Fantastic Beach Getaway

We booked this location for a women's retreat and it did not disappoint! The views were fantastic and the space was perfect for us to spend time together while also having room to retreat into our own spaces. Steve was very communicative and helpful! Team Visit

Our family- including 6 from UK stayed here for 5 nights over New Years. Games, talking and way too much eating! This place was perfect for a large family and has a great beach and a park with volleyball and basketball court. I highly recommend it!

Perfect for Family Gathering

Our second visit to the Mandalay Beach House for our family Christmas gathering. Incredible huge park 3 blocks away, beach across from the front porch, unobstructed sunset every night, great game and dinner table for the 10 adults in our family and the huge open Kitchen/dining/living room space all looking out across the beach and ocean was a treat. kitche/eating/living room space

Wonderful for extended family stay

We held a family gathering (3 families - 14 people) with age ranges from 1 to 60 years old. The views and beach access were amazing and there were plenty of toys/balls for the kids (not really kids) to play with. We were surprised to find that the main gathering area was big enough and with plenty of seating for us all to hang out together without feeling cramped at all. The layout of the house was perfect for finding a quiet room for the sleeping baby while the talking and laughter were going on. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very clean. We will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to gather as a large family or friend group.

Dated, needs repair, and somewhat misrepresented.

Upon arriving, we were shocked at how faded the home was and how narrow it was based on the pictures listed. The listing makes it look grand. The front door was stuck, and the other exterior door by the front door could hardly be opened. I told the handyman, but nothing happened. The home is dated throughout. There are 24 paragraphs of rules emailed right before your reservation starts. The BBQ burned our steak and then stopped working altogether. The main level is upstairs and it is the only kitchen. We were provided a small amount of tissue, paper towel and dish pods and had to buy our own. One rule is you have to supply your own beach towel. None provided and you're not allowed to take the bath towels to the beach. The downstairs has a sink and refrigerator only. The home is adjacent to a beach park, it's not ocean front, but you still have a great view of the ocean. The windows however were all covered in salt and were not washed before our stay. I expected a little more for over a grand a night..

Great Location - Right Size

We have used this property 10-15 times I believe. We use it for staff retreats and Leadership Team meetings. It's hard to find a place where we can all be together in one location. So this has worked well.

Great Time At The Beach!

Very interesting house with a lot of character! Overall totally worked out and met our larger group’s needs. Kinda sucked that only one of three microwaves was working when we were there but I get it - it was their busy season. Three great fridges. Pretty much only the second floor kitchen is useable for cooking which means you’ll be using that main staircase all day long. Perfect beach access and beach. Awesome living room gathering area. They provided many helpful extras like patio chairs, beach chairs, and beach toys. Communication with host was not at all my style but it worked out in the end. Thanks for a great time!

Excellent beach stay!

We absolutely love staying at this gorgeous house. We’ve stayed more than once & would come back. I will say the kitchen downstairs could use supplies, such as dishware, cups, bottle opener, etc. Everything was very clean & comfortable when we arrived. We would stay here again.
