Oyster Bed Family Friendly Home

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this family friendly centrally located home. The perfect location for your time here on PEI. The home is located 1 minute from Oyster Bed Bridge gas station which also has a liquor license, dairy bar and canteen located at it as well. Also located 25 minutes from Cavendish, 20 minutes to Charlottetown and 40 minutes from Summerside. Enjoy a relaxing evening by the fire or soaking in the hot tub after your day of adventure.

The home is located in a great location with only being a short distance to Charlottetown, Rustico, Cavendish and Summerside. There are many beautiful beaches located within a ten minute drive or less from the rental. There is plenty of things to do during your stay, please check out my guide for my recommendations of nearby places.

Kitchen will be fully equipped and will have everything you need. If you are wanting to cook seafood we have an outdoor propane burner and pot to use. Please message us when needed and we will provide it as it is stored in our locked area. Kitchen also has children's dishes and utensils.

Master bedroom has a king size bed, smart tv, large closet, large dresser, two smaller dressers and mirrors.

Second bedroom has a double bed, dresser, large closet, and change pad.

Third bedroom has a double bed, large closet, dresser and smart tv.

Bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination.

Living room has ample seating with a large sectional and egg chair. There will also be a toy shelf with toys provided as well.

Dining room has a large table with seating for your friends or family.

Board games for the whole family will be provided. Some are family related, some are for the kids and some are adults only.

Some outdoor games will be provided as well. There is a large amount of space to enjoy the outdoors.

Guests will be able to access the full house minus our two storage areas in the basement and the garage. The garage will be locked as well as our storage rooms that are located in a section of the basement in the house. These areas will be locked and will have signs stating NO guest access. These areas are off limits to guests and not included in the listing.

Please reach out at any time before, during or after your stay. Should you wish to interact with the host, we are more then willing to chat with you. We may even cross paths when we cut grass, look after the yard or just picking up something from the detached garage where we keep our business supplies.

We are unable to accept any animals including service animals. This is due to it being our personal residence and our children have allergic reactions to animals even after the animal(s) have left a residence. We list it on Airbnb for the summer months while we are camping nearby.

Please note that we keep our work supplies in the detached garage on the property and my partner takes care of cutting the grass. Not often, but from time to time we may have to stop by and grab some supplies out of the garage and cut the grass if the weather did not cooperate to cut it before your stay. We try to do this while you are out exploring our beautiful island so we do not disturb you. We will always send a message beforehand to give notice.
