”Stayed there a week and while while looking for houses in St. Johns and the stay was nothing to write home about. The House Keeping and the communication between and from the staff at the hotel does need improvement. Even though room "refreshing" is said to be done every alternate day, we had to chase these guys to get our room "refreshed" after 4 days. ”The room was amazing!! So pretty seeing the ocean and being able to walk right to the beach! Make sure you bring your own shampoo and conditioner they done offer that but it wasn’t a big deal. The bathroom is not huge but for the size of the bedroom, kitchen and living it’s not a big deal. It’s was really nice all around ”

Advised the front desk after the first day, still was not correct by the second night. FYI don't waste your money on a room with a balcony, the noise of the a/c on makes it unpleasant to sit outside.”

Suihku ei kovin hyvä mutta siitä ei voi hottellia moittia koko Yhdysvalloissa ei ole hotellia jossa olisi Suomalaisen mielestä toimiva suikusekoitin.
Jos vierailen St.augustinessa joskus uudestaan on valintani varmasti tämä hotelli,suosittelen!”

”The breakfast menu was good. Our room smelled bad. We think it was coming from the shower drain. Garbage with left with food in our room. It was difficult parking several blocks away. You need a code to get in the door and a different code to get in your room. A couple got in a verbal disagreement outside our room. They were swearing, yelling, with possible physical harm. We were afraid to go out in the hallway. The owner was apologetic but didn’t offer any reimbursement due to the smell...
