âVery good hotel. One beach in short walking distance (5 minutes). Car is needed if you plan to stay in the hotel. Limited number of restaurants near. Very quiet environment. nice sea view from high hill. Pool was nice and clean.
If you want to stay away of tourists and willing to maky our own food or drive to the restaurants by own car, this is good choise.â

â5th time in St Maarten and this is the best place weâve stayed. Great area right on Simpson Bay Beach and near many great restaurants, including their own dining. The Boon has a great down to earth feel and my wife and I came to think of their animals as our own pets while we were there. Super clean and staff is so friendly! Weâll 100% stay here again. â

âPierreâs place was exactly what we had hoped for when we bookedâŠclose to all the action in Grand Case but quiet and private. It had all the amenities we needed for a two week stay, including laundry facilities and outdoor shower. The option of spending time in a screen room (for rain or mosquitoes) or sitting outside in our tiny walled patio was lovely. All of the cafes, bars and restaurants were within a 2-10 minute walk. The beautiful public beach at Le Petit Plage was an easy 10 minute walk...
