”This house has an excellent location on a great beach! We spent more time at this beach than any other because it was easy to walk to the house when you needed something. The beach was not crowded, calm, and beautiful. The water is very clear and the area in front of the house is very sandy and good for swimming. ”Nice villa. Make sure you know how to get there before arriving at SXM. It's on the other side of the island and cell phone signal was spotty... getting there in the dark turned into a real adventure. It is a short drive to Dawn Beach and you can utilize the pool and beach chairs at JW Marriott. Although, Dawn Beach was the worst beach on the island, many other beaches on the island put it to shame. The villa needs a few items like quality linens, mattress protectors, towels and basic cleaning...
