”Bed was a bit stiff ' bathroom door to in the room was to close to the toliet cant sit down without hitting your knee on the door when closing the door. Back of the hotel near sitting bench shows signs of neglect with missing a trash can.”

”When we pulled up the outdoor pool was empty and if order. The indoor pool’s heater was not working so the water was cold. Hot tub was cold and sauna was out of order. Didn’t look like the pool area was ever swept and there was even a urine ketone test strip on the ground. The first room smelled like marijuana. The second run MM room’s security lock on the door was broken off and there was an inappropriate sticker on the fridge. Empty vending machines”

”The facilities are older, but the management is trying to do some updating and modernizing. Main thing is the rooms are clean plenty of space and comfortable. We did not use the pool, but it did look inviting and it was being used by others. The staff was helpful when looking for a place to eat, and the manager was super helpful getting us a one night refund as we needed to cut our stay short. I would recommend this place if you're looking for affordability and not picky about decor.”

”Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer.”

”There was roaches in our room. It wasn't cleaned well at all. Did not stay the night. Had to finf another hotel.”

”The management scheduled a parking lot sealing during my stay. At various points the crew doing the sealing placed a single cone in the driveway or in the middle of the parking lot and proceeded to coat the parking lot. One time I was told to move my car as I parked pretty far from their activities. We were told the sealing agent would dry in an hour or two. It was still sticky the next morning. For the days I was there, the door to the kitchen/laundry room door was left open. It was...

”The standard room is nothing more than a Motel 6 set up and over $200/night. The doors are on an exterior walkway and have cracks that let in air, noise and light from the walkway outside. We could hear snoring and full conversations through the walls. The continental breakfast was breads and yogurt. The indoor pool was ok but only 3.5 feet deep and the only place to swim; the outdoor swim up bar was wonderful but you cannot swim in it. This is not a resort.”

”The absolute worst. If I could give negative stars I would. We showed up and the place looked like it was about to be condemned. Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. So here we are 16 hours from home and no where to stay and we wanted to be within...
