”We arrived late and the code they provided was erroneous. We finally got into our room and there were few amenities. A tiny bath gel that wouldn’t have gotten both my husband and I through the two days there and no lotion! More importantly, no staff onsite after 5 pm and apparently there is an on call person who gave us the right code but we didn’t know that the person was on call for all issues. My shower in the evening was lukewarm and I didn’t report it because I didn’t think anyone would fix...

”The staff are very friendly, the room was very clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the free breakfast was a great start to our day. ”

”TV didnt work and needed to be fixed by staff. But its DirectTV in 2026 so I recommend bringing your own entertainment. Toilet paper is worthless. No elevator. Some outlets didnt work. WASH THE COFFEE MACHINE. Mine had sludgy water left in it. Absolute disaster, but you get what you pay for. If you want a bed, a roof and a toilet that might not flush then fine... otherwise, id recommend just sleeping in your car.”

”You get what you pay for. We booked for the pool & hot tub, along with past Wyndham stays good experiences. Big disappointment Arrived to find the pool is outdoor (ad never mentioned) so not open for season . "hot tub" is a upsized bathtub ( which 1- was much higher upcharge 2- none available) The condition of the room was lacking to say the least. The walls had chunks of paint missing, neither the sink or tub had a stopper ”

”Newly remodeled rooms. Clean and quiet. NO ELEVATOR!!! Staffs English was not good! The deposit was more then the nightly rate and takes 4 business days to get cleared!!!”

”Asked for clean towels and the front desk attendant was super weird about it. Asked for us to bring the dirty towels down first because they don’t have many towels in the hotel so they need to have them on rotation.. like I just needed clean towels to take a shower. Also the shower never got super hot. It was luke warm. Breakfast was very basic.. ”

”Filthy floors that have not seen a vacuum in forever. Dirty pillows and bedsheets. Dead bugs in every corner of the room. The worst room I have ever seen. Left this ‘hotel’ and booked my stay elsewhere ”

”Hot tub broken. Pool a very chilly 72 degrees on my watch, so cold even my kids didn’t want get in, and they are like fish always swimming. Pool room was very dim, every light on the ceiling was out except one in the corner, and then one by the hot tub. Room was in dim basement that smelled odd. Room had several shoddily patched walls, especially in the bathroom where it was cracking open down low. There were a few red spots on the comforter and one red smear on the sheet which was gross....

”I felt like I was in a tropical paradise, with all the beautiful murals and lush plants! The oasis and pool area was so pretty, all the plants and water fountains. Excellent place to start our day with the delicious breakfast provided. Our room was great, quiet, and a comfortable mattress! The shower, oh my, your choice, waterfall, rain shower or front on shower, very nice. The grounds are well cared for as is the property itself. A very nice place to stay! ”Check in was the assistant manager who took 4 phone calls while checking us in, not putting them on hold but full phone calls. Pool had algae and was cold, only hand towels at the pool not full towels, black mold and sitting water puddle on pool deck. Room shower has pink slimy mold as well as black mold. Room had two door locks had been broken into causing sharp metal one of which poked a hole in my husbands shirt. Coffee maker didn’t work. Shower would be extremely hot and switch to extremely...
