”The desk clerk had not received notification of our booking. He was hard to hear, due to the Covid-era glass between us, his gravelly voice, and the fact that the TV volume was too loud in the lobby. The deadbolt on our room door had not been retracted, so the door wasn't really closed when we got there. The room itself was just passable. Breakfast was virtually non-existent: a pot of coffee and a few packets of instant oatmeal. Would not recommend.”

”I was not going to bother leaving a bad review. This property can thank the endless bombardment by email from Expedia requesting a review. I booked this property through Expedia with the understanding that it was nonrefundable. However, I feel that a minimum expectation would be that you could at least access the property for your stay. That was not the case. I had an emergency which was the reason for the stay. I'm a trucker. My truck broke down and I had my 2 dogs with me. I had to get an Uber...
