Mulberry River Front cottage near OHV/ATV trailheads at Cass Arkansas.

Located in the heart of the Ozark National Forest, this two-story cottage perched high on a hillside overlooking the Mulberry river. Guests can watch the activities during the height of the floating season (April-June) from the front deck of the cottage over looking the boat landing. Guests who stay here have easy access to the Mulberry river and the Pig Trail/Highway 23. From here guests can ride to the OHV/ATV trailheads 1 mile away. We are 16 miles to White Rock Mountain. We are next to the Turner Bend Store for convenient items such as gasoline, camping supplies, deli, and snacks for your next outdoor activities such as cycling the 37th North map, riding motorcycle on the winding Pig Trail, or hiking the Ozark Highland Trail near by.

The space
A very lovely cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and a half bath downstairs; and a wraparound porch and deck; upstairs the main private bedroom with a queen bed, second private bedroom with a full bed, a full bathroom with a shower; a sitting/tv room with a door to access the outdoor hiking trail- the quarter of a mile hiking path that leads back to the cottage.

Guest access
Self check in with a code on your arrival date. Enter the gate at the Turner Bend Store and drive down toward the river. It is the first 2-story cottage on the left.

The Turner Bend Cottage was the first vacation rental of our Turner Bend Store business. It was a resident of the owner until the family outgrew the space.
Turner Bend store opens 7 days a week from 8 am to 6 pm daily. Our friendly staff is always available to assist you during your stay with us.
