As soon as we got there, we were hit up for a timeshare presentation during our stay because this is actually a timeshare property. I know Branson is the timeshare capital of the world, but honestly didn’t know that I was renting a place with the overall goal of getting a timeshare pitch. So if you would understand that part of the expectation is to get you to commit to coming back in the future through a timeshare...

”This property is conveniently located in walking distance from the mall and dozens of restaurants and easy to get to right in the center of Springfield. The place was exceptionally clean and inviting, even though you can tell the place is older. It has all the amenities I needed on the inside for frequent stays in Springfield for business, including a kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, range, and comfortable beds. ”

”The condo was nice. My only complaint about the condo was the lack of water coming out of the shower. Check in was smooth,, but just be prepared, they will try to get you to do a timeshare preview, you do have to tell them no a few times before they give you your parking pass.”

”We did not stay but to submit I had to answer all questions that did not apply!! I was told there was flooding from the dishwasher and they had no other accommodations for me! I was fortunate a hotel in the area was available for us 4 but at a higher rate and two hotel rooms verses a place our adult kids could hang out and relax with us. I was told I’d be refunded. The fee was near $300. I will be contacting my credit card company to get my money back!! Very disappointed!!”
