”Had high reviews but now thinking they were fake or paid for after a night's stay. Can now see now why their pricing is lower than surrounding hotels. No tenant up front and had to call to have someone show up. Their foreign accent was so thick, we struggled to understand. Room was huge and had a full kitchen, including dishwasher, but really outdated and beat up. Minor renovation was lipstick on a pig. Floors were almost as bouncy as the bed's worn out mattress. Strange and sickening...

”When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some.
