”Place was just ok, outdoor pool wasn't open, one restaurant with a very limited menu, bar close early, Marina was close, I did pay an expensive resort fee for nothing... People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken, Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape!”

”April 2026 stay, which was 'out of season'. Booked room for five nights with our adult daughter accompanying us. Arrived to find two sets of convention people at the site and the room allocated was a double occupancy bed. Went back to reception and they eventually allocated us a room in 'the estate', an adjacent set of cabins located about 1 mile away. Location was picturesque with lakeside views. Room was clean and tidy although the bathroom floor corners had some detritus (which remained...

”This is a great place and we love coming here. The only downside was that our room had an adjoining room separated by two doors. They really need to add some sound proofing because we could here our neighbors clearly. We had had not had this issue before.”
