”Excellent hosts”

”We had a wonderful time at the property, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The friendly sheep were a lot of fun to feed and we enjoyed exploring the local area. The accommodations were very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Everything you need is there and the hosts were extremely welcoming. Highly recommended.”

”Good place”

”Genuinely a nice place, extremely well presented. Both the bed, and the chairs in the lounge area, are comfortable (a nice change from some of the places I've stayed at). The owner, Bruce, is a very affable guy, and I'm happy to recommend this place for a quiet getaway.”

”Just spent 3 relaxing days at Maddox Farm .What a lovely warm home to relax in and enjoy the beautiful views .The animals were so friendly and we spent lots of time feeding the goats .The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed.Sam was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome .We will be back .”

”Love this place the photos dont even do it justice it is even more beautiful in real life!”

”Werona Cottage was the most beautiful place to stay to wind down and relax after a difficult few months. The fit out and choice of fixtures is very considered. Everything is well thought out, classic, stylish and private. The location is perfect! Unfortunately the famous pub was closed for renovation. I would definitely recommend this beautifully equiped little cottage. I can't wait to stay again.”

”One of the cleanest place ”

”Homely property with a lovely garden but the fold out bed maybe ok for a young child only, not an adult. Main bed needs an upgrade too. Soft furniture not very comfortable either. No undercover parking. Host provided eggs and seeds which is a lovely gesture.”

”Our retreat here was beyond a pleasant experience! the hosts were kind enough to leave us farm fresh eggs from some lovely ladies you are welcomed to feed kitchen scraps. (no onion), they also supplied us with bacon, muesli and bread from berry’s local bakery, and more! due to us poorly planning it was raining whilst we were there— however we didn’t let that taint our time on the beautiful five acres of land! we lit the preset fireplace and burned through their kindling. The rain only invited a...

”Lovely quiet comfortable place to stay. However no wifi”

”What a beautiful and peaceful location for a stay. Scenic, close to town, all amenities provided. Would be lovely to come back in winter to enjoy the fireplace. Will definitely be returning. ”

”Lovely little cottage very relaxing and close to shops and the pub. ”

”What an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wombat Hollows! A bunch of girlfriends, five days, and the most incredible memories made. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was amazing and we immediately felt so welcome and at home. The property itself is beautiful, peaceful and has such a special atmosphere, but what truly made our stay was the warmth and generosity of Biff, who owns the property. We came as a group of friends and left feeling like we’d made a new friend ourselves....

”Last minute decision for an easter get away, pet friendly. Great location with sone great walks and everything we needed. ”
