” The rooms are very nice, breakfast is excellent, and most of the staff are very friendly. Service at the front desk varied depending on who was working. The hotel is in a more remote location and walking to town isn’t ideal because of the busy road. Transportation into town can be a bit tricky, as taxis aren’t always easy to find.”

”Going to Rapa Nui my expectations were low in terms of what to expect but the bed was comfortable, hotel room was spotless, and I had hot water, a portable AC unit, fan, and power. Breakfast was free, and I was happy with it. Hanga Roa is very small and it was super easy to walk everywhere from the hotel even in flip flops. What was incredible was the hotel staff. ”This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are large and clean. Breakfast had all the necessary items. The restaurant was always clean. The hotel Staff is wonderful. Shout out to Paulina who was so helpful to us when our tour company fell short on the tours of the island and national parks we purchased. She actually intervened on our behalf and got them to provide what we had paid for. All Staff were kind and helpful. The pool is beautiful. If I were to go back to Easter Island I would stay here...
