”The Hotel Ohana is tranquil and located near the airport. The rooms and balconies are huge as are the bathrooms. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but has a nice breakfast buffet and a special fixed meal each night for the guests. All of the staff are friendly and professional. If you are coming to Rapa Nui, I highly recommend this hotel.”

”Expectations for hotels on Easter Island are adjusted accordingly due to location. Rooms and furniture are dated, but clean and well maintained. There were a couple of mosquitoes in the room, which is understandable as the hallways doors to the outside are alway open for fresh air. After our first night, we kept the air conditioning at the desired temperature when we left for the day - instead of turning it up a few degrees. This helped reduce the mosquitoes upon our return.
