”Das Haus liegt in einer wenig besiedelten schönen Landschaft, nur durch einen Feldweg vom Meer getrennt. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse. Sehr günstig als Stützpunkt für Ausflüge nach Palermo, Castellammare, Trapani, Segesta und das Naturschutz-Wandergebiet Zingaro. Schönes großes Schlafzimmer meerseits, die anderen beiden Zimmer sind sehr klein. Bei Problemen wurde uns von den Eigentümern bereitwillig und zeitnah geholfen. ”

”Can't speak highly enough of this villa. It's modern, clean, well appointed. It's just outside Castellammare del Golfo but only a few minutes drive away, as are the beaches. It's secluded and peaceful and we felt very much at home here, which is perfect for a holiday. Massimo and Antonio are wonderful hosts. Their communication throughout was spot on and any questions we had were swiftly answered. It's a perfect base for exploring Western Sicily. Highly recommended.”

”La casa ha un bel giardino con alberi di fichi e una grande terrazza sul tetto. La vista sul mare è spettacolare e si possono raggiungere in auto in 5 minuti la riserva dello Zingaro, la tonnara e i faraglioni e le zltre cale. A 15 minuti in auto si trova la spiaggia di sassi di Guidaloca. Le spiagge di sabbia sono a Castellamare. La casa ha due camere da letto matrimoniali e una con letto a castello.”

”We stayed at Villa Livia for three days and hosted our wedding there. It is beyond amazing, we were in awe of everything. The villa and grounds are 10 times better than the photos show. Every corner of the villa and guest houses are pristine and covered in antique furniture and artwork. The houses and grounds are huge. ”A very nice house and region. Theobalds issues are the mosquitoes and the missing mosquito nets in the windows. But the hosts helped with mosquito repellent that was plugged to the electrical outlets.”

”We had the most wonderful week at Villa Leukè! The villa is beautiful and clean, with everything you need, the pool is perfect and the scenery is absolutely stunning. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and kindly gave us excellent recommendations and help with reservations. We loved Sicily and the location was great for beaches and nearby towns. You definitely need a car. I missed in the description that the 3rd bedroom is detached and only a couple of strides from the main villa building...

”Casa meravigliosa, curata in ogni dettaglio con gusto e ricercatezza. Abbiamo dormito in lenzuola di lino candide, cucinato con tutto l'occorrente (anche fantastici barbecue), fatto amicizia con una volpe e vari gattini, i bambini hanno giocato felici in giardino, e le tre famiglie hanno avuto spazi comuni da godere ma anche privacy. Con pochi minuti a piedi si arriva al mare (bello per nuotare per gli adulti, difficile per bambini piccoli ma poco dopo ci sono stabilimenti e sabbia). Ci sono...

”Fijn verblijf. Vlak bij strand, dat we voor ons zelf hadden. en op 12 minuten met de auto keuze om te eten aan strand of een leuk stadje in de buurt.Het zou wel fijn zijn als er muggenhorren zouden worden aangebracht”
