The home’s interior offers a warm, nostalgic ambiance accented with pops of whimsical color, while the exterior offers a direct connection to nature. Enjoy a private hot tub for unwinding under the stars, a large covered front porch, a Solo Stove fire pit, beautiful garden, convenient access to Meadowview Park and miles of biking trails, and a backdrop of an evergreen forest.

Little Green’s location makes it a biker’s dream, connecting you to adventure with miles of world-class mountain biking trails just seconds away from your backyard. Be sure to bring your four-footed friends, too - up to two dogs are welcome at Little Green! For the little and not so little ones in your group, Seabrooks largest park, Meadowview Park, is located just across the street. Equipped with a swing set, slide, a sizable fire pit, and expansive grassy fields, Little Green's wonderful location allows for watching the kiddos play in the park from the comfort of one of the rocking chairs on the front porch.

Little Green’s large, covered front porch with expansive views of the park leads into the open-concept kitchen, living and dining spaces, where the large sectional and cozy gas fireplace invite you to curl up for a movie or show on the Smart TV. Two bookcases offer a wide selection of books for all ages and a variety of games. Designed with accents of key lime green from the custom backsplash to the island, the fully-equipped kitchen is ready for culinary adventures both large and small or crafting your favorite beverages.

Choose your favorite space for sleep at the end of the day, whether on the main floor or upstairs. Each of the four bedrooms is not only generous in size but also includes a full ensuite bathroom. The whimsy continues into three of Little Green’s four-and-a-half bathrooms, where vibrant tiled walk-in showers are sure to lift your spirits. The fourth is a tub/shower to accommodate your younger ones. Configured with two king beds, two queen beds with Nectar mattresses, and two additional twin beds with Avocado mattresses (one in each king bedroom), Little Green is ideal for families with small children or groups.

The backyard extends the home’s gathering spaces, from the gas barbeque on the covered back deck, to a solo stove for those amazing S’mores, to a spacious hot tub and full outdoor dining when you descend the back steps. The lush, thoughtfully planted garden offers outdoor dining, several nooks to sit and sip your favorite beverage with a new book or enjoy a bit of lively conversation. Soothing views of a variety of native plants, trees, and shrubs await amid the songs of frogs and crickets when a relaxing soak in the hot tub calls your name.
