Indoors you will find luxurious furnishings tastefully done with convenience and functionality in mind as well as amenities unique to Ampersand. The open floor plan allows you to interact with the rest of your family and guests as you cook in a gourmet kitchen equipped with everything a chef would need to prepare a 5-star meal. Here you will find granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop and gas oven, ice-maker, dishwasher and plenty of quality pots and pans in all sizes. Additional items such as a microwave, coffee maker and bean grinder, blender, Cuisinart, toaster, mixer, utensils, and wine bottle opener are available for a perfect cooking experience.
The dining area seats six comfortably to enjoy your meals and there are also four stools at the kitchen island for additional seating.

The living room has a comfy sofa and two chairs where you can gather to chat about the day or just veg out in front of the large flat panel TV with cable and watch a DVD.

The upstairs primary bedroom has a King size plush mattress which will make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. It also has a window overlooking the calming forest and lovely artwork on the walls. All linens throughout the house are high quality; down comforters are available for every bed.

The shared bath features a large soaking tub and spa shower head.

The second bedroom is a great place for kids to sleep with a single sturdy bunk bed, a flat screen TV, DVD and Xbox360 Kinect (games provided) for entertainment.
