Fun on the Run is a luxurious beach cottage experience located on Cedar Run Park, professionally decorated by Seabrook's own SeaWorthy Home!

Enjoy a stress-free morning knowing your electric vehicle has charged all night and your pup is busily exploring around the fenced yard so you can relax before going on a walk. Sip your cup of coffee on the front porch under the infrared porch heaters listening to the sound of the ocean in the park setting. Before you head out on the day’s adventures, take a dip in the private and serene hot tub enjoying the morning sunshine. Once you’re ready, stroll with your pup and kids down the trail to the beach, stopping by the bustling bakery. A collection of beach toys, beach towels, a folding wagon and 4 backpack chairs are provided.

At Fun on the Run, we have taken care to provide every comfort you might need. In the open kitchen you will enjoy socializing and playing games at the dining room table while the cooks appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, including a farmhouse sink large enough for the stockpot you can use for your big seafood feast. The dining room table is set for 6 and there are 2 additional chairs and 2 leaves in the storage closet to accommodate larger dining groups.

Take it easy lounging in the living room by the gas fireplace watching TV on the large flat screen, including a 100 plus DVD collection, premium cable package and unlimited internet for streaming apps and working remotely. Kids will enjoy having their own separate space upstairs in the media loft.

While you’re not enjoying the pool or beach, unwind while dinner sizzles on the outdoor BBQ. Enjoy your own happy hour of cold beverages in the hot-tub and snacks at the bench or high-top table.

Pet Friendly

Dogs love Seabrook and we love your dog! This pet friendly home has an outdoor hot/cold bib for washing off sandy paws located in the fully fenced yard. Seabrook’s off-lease dog park is a ten minute walk away.

Kid Friendly

Having children ourselves we wanted a family-friendly retreat where kids have fun and grown-ups relax. Situated on a loop, the road to the house is quiet as there is a limited number of cars passing through. Kids will love riding their bikes around and around the loop! And the entire lot is fully fenced to keep little ones from wandering off. We added kid-friendly DVDs, books, games and puzzles to keep the little ones busy so grown-ups can enjoy their vacation too. The walk-in shed stores a collection of beach toys and ample room to store your bikes. Seabrook’s community heated outdoor pool and hot tub are a three to five minute walk while the community indoor pool is about a 10 minute walk or a short drive. Other Seabrook amenities are a short walk, such as pickleball courts, tennis courts, the playground with zip-line, horse barn and hiking trails. Although cribs and highchairs are not provided, they can be rented through Seabrook Hospitality for a small fee.

Home Exterior

Fun on the Run is perfect for visitors who want to feel secluded and have a tranquil escape, away from it all, while still a short walk to the fun Seabrook amenities. Cedar Run Park is tucked away on a loop with little car traffic. The home’s front porch is west facing toward the park’s outdoor fireplace so you can bask in the sunlight enjoying a park setting on the front porch and meet some new friends while roasting s’mores at the outdoor firepit. The extra-large shed has plenty of room for storing bikes and beach equipment. The spacious driveway is set up for electric vehicle charging. The hot tub feels private and serene. Don’t worry about the pup escaping since both front and back doors are fenced-in.

Home Interior

The main floor bedroom has a king sized bed with a TV and Cable. The upstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed with a TV and Cable. The bunk room with 4 XL twins is on the second floor right off the media loft. The media loft has a comfortable couch with a Smart TV connected to Wifi and DVD player. All TVs have HDMI inputs for bringing your favorite gaming devices and games. The stacked washer and dryer are located downstairs. Fun on the Run comfortably sleeps 8 guests; great for a large family or two families with 4 kids. For a larger group or for more privacy within your group, please consider renting another home on Cedar Run Park.
