LOCATION: Sand In The Toes is conveniently situated to keep you close to all the places you want to go. It’s just a four minute stroll to the town center shops, even closer to the pool, two minutes to the basketball courts, play park and dog park, with shuffleboard and horseshoes just across the street. Even the beach is close, you cannot beat this location!

FRONT PORCH: Enjoy spending a lazy morning or casual evening rocking away your cares on the four Adirondack rockers. This extra-wide covered front porch is a soothing spot to spend some time relaxing.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is the soul of every home and this one will not disappoint. This space is set up with two sofas and a comfy chair, as well as a gas fireplace with a remote—perfect for chilling on those days when the weather just isn’t perfect. A few of the special touches in the room include: 65” television, Blu-ray DVD Player (with an assortment of fun movies), cozy blankets to keep you warm and a vintage style record player with some of our favorite vinyl. And be sure not to miss the coffee table—the top actually raises up to create a convenient work space—you have to check it out!

DINING ROOM: Bring the whole clan together effortlessly at the oversized dining room table that seats up to TWELVE and is perfect for a big meal or family game nights. This amazing live edge table with bench seating draws inspiration from the driftwood you will likely find on the beach and is a work of art all by itself. Don’t miss the sideboard filled with fun family games like Monopoly, Checkers, Jenga, Chess, Scrabble, Pictionary, Rummikub, Life, Uno, Poker and more!

KITCHEN: This fully equipped kitchen is a cook’s delight and is fully stocked. The appliances are new, stainless Samsung with an oversized refrigerator, convection oven, and whisper-quiet dishwasher. Every kitchen gadget you could ever need is here, just pull open a drawer and I am sure you will find it. We also have plates for twelve in both ceramic and unbreakable melamine (for the kids and clumsy adults). Everything in this kitchen is new and it is ready for the professional chef or casual cook. Other accessories available include a coffee maker with hot water, blender, Henckel knives, electric griddle, blender, toaster, waffle maker and much more. There is also seating for four at the breakfast bar, as well as a full-sized pantry for your food storage needs. And be sure not to miss the water and ice in the refrigerator door!

PRIMARY BEDROOM: The entire upstairs is dominated by this oversized primary bedroom, be the king or queen of the house when you stay up here. This spacious room is set up with a king sized bed with a true Tempur-Pedic Mattress—if you have ever wanted to try before you buy—here is your chance to experience the most restful night’s sleep ever. This room has a cozy chair, as well as a secretary desk for those work-from-home needs. The bonus space includes a super relaxing daybed that can be converted into an oversized queen bed if you need to squeeze two more guests into the home. There is also a massive walk-in closet as well as a spacious private bathroom. Don’t miss the wireless printer hidden away in the desk!

GUEST BEDROOM: Located at the front of the house, this cozy bedroom is set up with a queen sized bed. You will also find plenty of storage in the oversized nightstands. Like all of the bedrooms, this one is equipped with a new smart TV, as well as fun pillows and blankets. For all your device charging needs, there are USB ports and outlets built into each nightstand!

BUNK ROOM: This space is impeccable for the littles (or the adventurous bigs). Two sets of twin bunk beds make sleeping four in this room a breeze. Each bunk even has its own storage drawer and the room also has a large closet. In addition, the bunk room has a comfy beanbag chair, as well as a smart TV ready to hook up to the personal gaming system of choice. Just in case you forget to bring one, worry not, we have a Sega Genesis ready to introduce everyone to some old school 16-bit gaming fun!

CARRIAGE HOUSE: This detached studio apartment is located above the garage and is great for members of your group that want a little extra privacy. This space is set up with a queen bed and has a small desk in the dormer window. This apartment also has a private bathroom with a shower. Don’t miss the tiny, tiny fridge, perfect for keeping a couple personal beverages cold!

GARAGE: Welcome to the game room! Our garage is the dream hang out for kids or kids at heart! This area is set up with both a regulation ping pong table, as well as a foosball table. You will also find a variety of games and toys here, including bicycles, scooters, pickleball, shuffleboard, skimboards, beach chairs, outdoor games, a wagon and much more. There’s even a wide selection of equipment to use on the Seabrook sport courts, like pickleball gear, tennis racquets, a basketball, soccer ball, etc. While it is possible to fold up the ping pong table and park in the garage—it’s really more of a play space. If you drive an electric car, don’t miss the built in TESLA wall charger with an additional J1772 Adapter.

BACKYARD: The backyard area is set up nicely with a private hot tub and an acoustic guitar to grab off the wall and play some tunes around the private fire pit with Adirondack seating. Additional outdoor seating is available at the Polywood dining set. The kids and adults will love exploring the forest greenbelt located behind the yard, too. Additionally, the driveway can easily accommodate parking three standard sized vehicles off-street. And don’t miss the dog (and kid) wash area located conveniently near the back door.
