Sea Otter House is a beautiful two-story cottage located on South Alder Park. The house is beautifully appointed and has gorgeous Douglas Fir wood floors throughout. Close to town and the pool, but with a secluded feel thanks to the adjacent forest, Sea Otter is located on the Elk Creek trail that offers a brief and beautiful walk to the beach and spectacular forest views.
Comfortably furnished for a cozy stay on the coast, Sea Otter is the perfect getaway — you can hear the ocean at night and soak in the evergreen ambiance of the Pacific Northwest while being a quick walk from Seabrook’s quaint beach town amenities.

Bringing the kids? Perfect. Watch them play on the grass while you relax on the wraparound porch. Or visit the indoor pool, just steps away via the Elk Creek trail. Everyone will enjoy walking the Gnome Trail to the beach and cozying up by the fire inside or outside at the community fireplace where you can roast marshmallows together. Feeling chilly after the beach? Warm up with a soak in the secluded backyard hot tub any time of year.
The gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together, so preparing and enjoying food together can be a family affair. Upstairs in the main house are two en suite bedrooms — a primary bedroom with a king bed and full bath and a second bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom with shower.
There is a wonderful cottage apartment adjacent to the house for additional guests. The carriage house sleeps four comfortably (two adults and two children) so don’t hesitate to invite friends to join you. The apartment includes its own bathroom and a kitchenette with sink, under-counter refrigerator, toaster oven, and cook-top, offering the option for total seclusion.

This home is well equipped with many extras, including high-speed wireless internet access (with bandwidth to support remote work and school), flat screen television with Roku and cable TV, plus board games and puzzles for unplugged fun.
