Coming for the Pacific City Longboard Classic 9/18-9/20? Stay just a 3-min walk from the sand! Enjoy a family- and dog friendly retreat with a beach wagon, Tommy Bahama chairs, NEX Playground, ping pong, a fully stocked kitchen and a relaxing deck.

Shore Pine village is a prime location in Pacific City for your next vacation and is family friendly with paved trail throughout for walking or bike riding. With our private community dune ramp your toes will be in the sand in a 3 minute walk from our home where you can watch the sunset with a view of the breathtaking view of Haystack rock and Cape Kiwanda. Keep your eye out for surfers. Pacific City is known on the Oregon coast as a great surf spot.

Shopping and eats:
-10 minute walk to local eats, shops, and coffee including the famous Pelican Pub, Pacific City is where it all started. Enjoy a meal and discover your new favorite beer with a view. Want something upscale head to the Meridian Restaurant and bar.

-4 minute drive to town where you ll find a grocery store more local shops and restaurants and delicious local bakeries one of our favorites is the Grateful Bread.
-Pacific City is conveniently located on the Oregon Coast. Head south on Hwy 101 23 miles to Lincoln City or North 24 miles to Tillamook where you can find more Oregon coast treasures.

Get outside:
-Rent a kayak or SUP at the local shop in Pacific City Nestucca Adventures and explore the scenic Nestucca River don't forget your fishing rod.
-Climb the dune at Cape Kiwanda
- Head 8 minutes north through Tierra Del Mar to Sitka Sedge state park where you can explore trails and check out a secluded beach.
-Hike Cape lookout for a breathtaking view at the top, the day use area is also perfect for a family picnic
-Watch the dory boats come in at Haystack rock or experience going on one and catch some delicious fish or crab
-Like to Mountain bike, e-bike, or hike checkout Buzzard Butte trail network lies east of Sand Lake between Cape Kiwanda and Lookout in the USDA Siuslaw National Forest offering beautiful views of the Pacific as well as year round riding conditions.
Day Trip:
Head to Newport to the Oregon Coast Aquarium 50 miles south in Newport, and while your there check out the

Guests have full private access to our entire home and property with the exception of some locked owner storage closets on the property. Our home is located in the quaint community of Shore Pine village where you will have private access to the community dune ramp, your toes will be in the sand in just a 3 minute walk from our home up the ramp. Take a stroll or bike ride on the paved path throughout the village. Please do not enter the path from the back of the property use designated entrances only.
Ample Parking space for up to 4 cars on our property, parking is allowed in our driveway only, do not use other driveways and no street parking is allowed and will be subject to towing by the HOA.

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
Our newly updated bungalow features 3 beautifully designed bedrooms upstairs with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows to soak up the morning sun and a view out of some of Cape Kiwanda. With beds you will sink into and luxurious bedding you will enjoy a restful night sleep waking up refreshed and ready to explore. Wake up when you are ready with room darkening shades/curtain in bedrooms. Relax in bed with a cup of coffee two main bedrooms featuring large flat screen TVs.

Our bungalow accommodates up to 9 guests (6 adults and 3 children) 2 well behaved dogs allowed with additional pet fee.

For the bathrooms you'll find a private bath with a dual vanity sink and walk in shower in the master bedroom plus an additional bathroom upstairs all equipped with plush towels, and stocked with Public Goods hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience . A half bath is also located downstairs.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The open concept main level of the home featuring stainless steel appliances. Our well stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware, bakeware, utensils, kid friendly dinnerware, insta pot with crockpot and rice cooking feature, air fryer big enough to bake a small pizza, blender, electric kettle, and even a spice rack for cooking up your favorite dish.
Enjoy a coffee whether it be a delicious Nespresso (some pods provided for your enjoyment) or a cup of our our featured local Brew from Left Coast Coffee company located in Lincoln CIty (some beans provided).
Beer or cocktail time? Make your favorite cocktail with our bartender kit, or enjoy a glass of beer or wine glasses provided.
Sit around the comfortable dining table seating for six and four additional bar stool seating at the extended kitchen bar to enjoy some conversation while the meal is prepared.

LOUNGE SPACES:
The living room is well appointed with an open concept flowing to the kitchen and dining area. Watch a movie together or read a book and enjoy the warmth of the electric fire place and comfortable couches on a rainy coastal day or after a fun day exploring the Oregon coast.
Enjoy a game on the NEX playground gaming system an interactive motion-controlled games right on the TV! No controller required. A favorite for families and a perfect indoor activity after a day at the beach or for a rainy day.

The upstairs loft area is uniquely designed with a small couch, and TV for adults and teens to lounge on or for young children to use their imagination to build a fort or some other creation with the modular play cushions.

Head to the garage to win your next match of ping pong.
Play a game of connect 4 with the large yard addition it can be enjoyed on the back deck or in the garage on colder days.

OUTSIDE SPACE:
Our private covered deck area with outside dining table, additional seating and BBQ is just the place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a happy hour drink as the sun goes down while you listen to the crashing waves in the distance.

Transit in Pacific City is relaxed and car-friendly, making it ideal for guests looking to explore Oregon’s scenic coast at their own pace. Located near Cape Kiwanda and the heart of Pacific City, this property offers quick access to Highway 101, making it easy to reach nearby coastal towns, hiking trails, wineries, and state parks. While public transportation options are limited in this laid-back beach community, guests can comfortably walk or bike to many local attractions, restaurants, breweries, beach access points, and outdoor recreation areas. The neighborhood’s peaceful streets and convenient parking make getting around simple for travelers seeking a classic coastal getaway experience.

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children and infants) present at the property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the property description.

A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs allowed additional pet fee required. No dog is to be left unattended at the property and must remain on leash at all times while outside on the property or within the village. No dogs on any furniture in the house, please bring your own dog beds. Dog dishes are available at our home for your convenience.

Security Notice: Your safety matters. This property has external security cameras as well as a doorbell with audio at the front door that is on at all times. By entering the property, guests and visitors acknowledge that they have been informed that audio and video recording may occur in the exterior area. Don't worry, it does not look into any interior spaces.

Check-in is at 4 PM, please reach out for early or late checkout we will let you know if it is available and try to accommodate if possible, this is usually not possible during peak seasons.
