”Provide details of how to access the hotel prior to booking”

”I highly recommend this cute apartment! It is so clean with everything that you will need. The washer and dryer were perfect. Ana is beyond an amazing host! She is so very quick with her responses and so helpful. You will not be disappointed. The area is also very safe and quiet. Thank you Ana!”

”If you do stay in one of the properties this guy owns do NOT give him cash! He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. He charms you with good customer service and seems trust worthy but DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH! We've been trying to get a refund for almost a year now and Vrbo hasn't done anything about it either! Will be reporting them to the BBB as well because they...

”We stayed here twice during our trip to Antigua (see my previous review). If we were traveling to Antigua again we would definitely try to book Loft Candelaria again.”

”Nice place”

”We arrived at night and instantly fell in love with the property. Just as we thought it couldn’t get any better, we woke up to the most stunning views. The property is gorgeous and was spotless!!! Our trip would not have been as spectacular if it weren’t for the host, Julio, and the groundskeeper, Alfonso. For kayaking, jet skis, massages, and restaurants, the host was able to provide some amazing recommendations and was readily available to answer any questions. Alfonso was very kind and...

”Overall extremely poor. Construction littered the property, loud bangs and tools served as an alarm clock at 6am until the afternoon. Check in took long as the Vrbo listing address takes you very far from where the house actually is and communication proved to be difficult as well. Also lack of direction with garbage leading to a strong odor”

”The staff were very courteous. I enjoyed my stay. For the price and area this was a very good accommodation.”

”This place is across the street from the biggest party place in San Pedro. There is also an air hockey machine right outside the bedroom window that people played at any hour. I left early and found a quieter hotel. The shower hot water didn’t work, and the toilet stopped having running water- the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, the owner was difficult and unpleasant.”

”It was a pure scam I booked a villa and was given a room under construction It was discussing The people renting ir waited until i could not canceled it and said tgey haf some plumbing issues abd 2ere going to give us a better suite”
