”Overall a very nice place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. Shower was awesome Instant hot water. Although the hand basin was a tad on the small side. But again overall the bathroom was clean We stayed there for 2 nights, which would be enough as the kitchen facilities is basic with a small fridge. Karuah is a wonderful place to visit ”

”Booked a family room-- and ended up to a room that was far below the expectation (it was very dark, the carpet was not clean). However, after 1 night of being less-than-happy, complained about it and we were moved to a much better room that looked like the pics on the hotel site. At the end of the visit, the hotel even gave a small reimbursement-- so have to say that they made lemonade out of lemons. So thank you for the great service!”
