A Gem

My husband and I stayed here for the month of July to escape the heat in Phoenix. House is just as pictured, very clean, nicely furnished, very comfortable. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. We really enjoyed the fireplace on chilly mornings. Quiet neighborhood, 6 minute walk to the beach, lots of restaurants close by. Steve was great to work with, responded immediately to any questions. Would stay here again anytime.

Lovely, easy and convenient!

We’re grateful to have found this lovely, convenient home away from home to help us with weekend visits during our son’s first semester at boarding school. The kitchen was well equipped and the window between the kitchen and the family room kept everyone connected during meal preparation. The living room with fireplace was a cozy place to read when the fog rolled in. We enjoyed golf with our son, walks to the beach, the butterfly refuge and the local park as well as easy trips to Monterey and Carmel.

Perfect PG house just a short walk from the coast!

This was a perfect summer house for us. The house was well-equipped with all the necessities and it was a great location just a few minutes stroll to the coast. I would highly recommend the OLGA house and would return for another stay.

Breathtaking walks

We found this house to be the perfect escape from the dust and chaos of a home renovation project at our home. The size and layout were perfect for inviting kids with their little ones to join one family at a time. Our granddaughter enjoyed riding one of the ‘kid’ bikes in the garage complete with an assortment of helmets. The location is amazing, so quiet and beautiful yet also close to anything you might want. Thank you for hosting us. We truly had a wonderful stay!

Quiet and convenient

This house was the perfect location for our extended stay in Pacific Grove. We were able to work (Wi-Fi works great!) and then hop on our bikes or take a stroll to the ocean or down to Monterey. We enjoyed being by the golf course and played several rounds. The kitchen is pretty well-stocked with cookware, silverware, plates, etc., and it was nice to have the large pantry too. There is plenty of closet space for your clothes and to stash your luggage, etc. A garage was a must for us and this house has one that is large enough for our small car in addition to the several bikes and golf clubs available for guest use. The property manager was great to work with and very easy to reach if any issues arise…none did while we were there. We really enjoyed our time!

Clean & roomy with quality furnishings

This home was immaculate. Everything from the furniture to the appliances and dishes were top quality. The beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to one of my favorite coves and I walked from the house to the shoreline and down to Lover’s Point each day. Communication was excellent. We would recommend this home to friends.

Fun in Monterey at OLGA!

This is a beautiful property, well appointed, with all of the amenities that you could want. Even Kleenex in the bathrooms and bedrooms! We had a wonderful time, and would definitely return to this property in Monterey. Very close to all of the points of interest, and good golf right next-door! I would recommend this property highly.

Beautiful Home

After some initial trouble at check-in (wrong lock box code and no response to calls to the property manager), we really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, and well equipped. Great location - about 5 minutes to PG, 15 minutes to Carmel and you can easily walk down to the ocean or to the golf course from this quite neighborhood.

Property was very clean and very very kid friendly. There were toys for my 2 yo and 8 mon old as well as a high chair and pack n play. There were also bikes for use along with a buggy to put the babes in. We are hoping to come back and stay at OLGA again!

Gorgeous home. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to the water. Deer walking in the streets Had a little trouble with the lock box and alarm code communications. Fortunately, the property manager answered immediately and all was well.

Great house and location!

Excellent location for beach walks or heading into town, whether it be Pacific Grove or Monterey. Well-equipped kitchen for our family vacation and enough space for everyone to relax. Great communication with Steve and his colleagues (since Steve was away during our trip and ensured we had appropriate contacts ahead of time). Would definitely stay here again!

Cute home in great location! Very clean and well appointed. Short drive to Pebble Beach and golf courses. Communication was seamless with property manager. No AC in home, which may be typical for the area. We were there in August. Property cools down quickly in the evening with windows open. Loved our stay!!

Relaxing stay

House was great. Just four of us so tonnes of room. No key left as promised, so bit of nightmare especially after long drive. But called Steve and he was over immediately. Everything was great, kitchen well stocked. Good having washing machine and dryer. Used barbecue a couple of times, seats outside but nothing special, didn’t really matter as weather not great for the week. Main bedroom was beautiful, really light and airy. Lovely en suite. Two lounges arranged either side of kitchen. All open so even if we sat separately, didn’t feel like it. Massive selection of DVDs, boys were spoilt for choice. Walking distance to beautiful coastline and number of shops in Pacific Grove. Easy drive to Monterey and we cycled to Carmel too. My only criticism (apart from weather, which isn’t the best in July apparently. Fog/cloud tends to hang over the coast line most of the day and temperatures not the best so bring layers) was that a large number of cupboards are locked for owners use. Large wardrobe locked in main bedroom and third bedrooms wardrobe locked so nowhere to store sons clothes. Had to put them in second bedroom. Lovely relaxing stay after a week spent on road. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for a quiet getaway

Stayed here with girlfriends for a mini retreat/reunion. The house was perfect. Open and spacious communal areas made it comfortable for us to hang out all in the same place - living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining table, family room with comfy sofas - we used it all :) Steve was also very attentive and responsive. We had one issue only where microwave didn’t work and he has a replacement sent very quickly. Would stay here again!

Delightful, Beautiful and Prepared

We had such a great stay! A beautiful home and we had everything we could need. It was especially helpful as they left us some brochures and guides for the surrounding area which helped us plan our stay efficiently!
