”Augusta gem - steps from Root, wineries, and a fantastic hot tub!This adorable property is perfectly situated in Augusta, literally just steps from Root Restaurant (the whole reason for my trip!) and a short walk to August and Mount Pleasant wineries. The location couldn’t be better for a wine country getaway.The space itself was spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked. The coffee bar genuinely impressed me, it was far beyond anything I’ve come across in other vacation rentals. And...

”We stayed to be close to an event we were working. The house is listed correctly. Cold AC and excellent communication with the very nice owner. It was clean and had everything you needed. It is actually a bigger space than the pictures portray. It is a bit dated but has very interesting decor, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.”

”A toaster would have been nice to have. The fridge froze food. Bath towels were small and very worn. The location was convenient. Host was very responsive. Comfortable and clean.”

”Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere.
