”The reservation process at this hotel is so sketchy. You might think once you have done your booking online and put in your card details you are all set...Wrong! Just after booking they will contact you via a NON VERIFIED random whatsapp number to ask you to PRINT and Manually fill a bunch of forms, PLUS they will ask you to send a picture of your full credit card via Whatsapp...again, to an unverified number. When I told them I wasn't going to do any of that and wanted to cancel, they told me...

”Excellent stay. I stayed in a private room which was small, basic but comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hostel is in a excellent location close to restaurants, bars and attractions. The extra activities and the salsa school were amazing.”

”This place was incredible from start to finish! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They help curate an amazing experience throughout the entire stay. Daniela and Jean Carlos were the two that we interacted with the most but everyone was amazing. The food, the cocktails, the views…. 10/10. This place is missing absolutely nothing and we 100% will be back again! It is a true luxury stay. Words don’t do it justice. Don’t miss out on this incredible experience and property.”

”La chambre est corecte mais assez petite. Elle est egalement assez cher pour la prestation.
Par contre nous avons beaucoup apprécié la prestation de Lucas lors de la visite de l'haciada Cofé. C'était super!”

”Everything on the property was absolutely beautiful, including the food.The staff, the pool, the rooms and the grounds. Felt completely safe.The whole time I was there with my wife. Maybe a couple more hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff up.But other than that, it was fantastico. We will definitely be back!”
