”Nice staff, prime location ”

”We only stayed a night but it was so pleasant! Our flight got delayed so we didn’t get in until very late but they have check in through the night so there were no worries about losing my reservation. The hotel was clean and had cute seasonal decor. The staff at both check in and check out the next morning were so nice! They even had cookies at check in. The front desk staff put us in the schedule for the shuttle to the airport in the morning and was helpful with figuring out time to leave by....

”Great place with traditional touch and top location. The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted. Right in the heart of San Francisco. Very friendly and helpful, always happy to help. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the property is charming. Would definitely stay again. ”

”Hotel was very nice, very spacious lobby and nice decoration during Christmas. Staff was very helpful and polite. We stayed on the 15th floor and the view was very enjoyable. Only "problem" was the room was not as big, however, it was very comfortable.”
