Rest assured, there are no indoor cameras, ensuring your complete privacy and comfort in our serene retreat.



We strive to offer a positive experience for all guests and maintain harmonious relations with our neighbors. Therefore, we ask you to observe the following guidelines:



1. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the premises. Violations will lead to a forfeited security deposit and an extra charge for de-smoking, equal to twice the standard cleaning rate.



2. Quiet Hours: To respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, amplified music and outdoor gatherings are not allowed after 9 pm.



3. Guest Count: Inform us of the exact number of guests staying. Unreported additional guests incur a $50 per person per night charge.



4. No Parties/Events: Parties and events are strictly forbidden. Non-compliance will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Noise levels are monitored.



5. Pets: We welcome pets but request disclosure at booking or before arrival for appropriate preparations. A deep cleaning fee ($100/night) applies for pets to ensure an allergen-free environment for future guests. Failure to disclose may result in additional charges.



6. Fireplace: Please use the remote control for the fireplace and avoid starting real fires.



7. Cleanliness: We appreciate your effort to maintain cleanliness and request no shoes inside the property.



8. Doors: Keep all doors closed to prevent unwanted insects and animals from entering.



9. Trash Disposal: If your stay includes Wednesday night, please put out the trash bins for Thursday collection and bring them back in afterward.



10. Parking Guidelines: For the safety and convenience of everyone in the neighborhood, we request that you park your vehicle on the street or utilize the provided garage and driveway space.



When opting for street parking, please pay attention to any posted parking signs and regulations to prevent fines. Alternatively, the garage offers a secure and easily accessible parking option adjacent to the property.



11) Security Camera Tampering: For the safety and security of everyone on the property, it's important not to tamper with or disable the security cameras situated at the doorbell, driveway, and backyard. Violating this rule will lead to a fine of $500 and could potentially result in eviction. Your cooperation in maintaining the security measures for all guests is highly valued.



House Rules for Hot Tub Use



1. Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove lotions, oils, or other substances that could affect water quality.



2. Supervision for Children: Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the hot tub.



3. Time Limit: Limit your soaking time to 15-20 minutes. Take a break before re-entering to prevent dizziness or heat stroke.



4. Temperature Control: The temperature should not exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit for safety.



5. No Glassware: Use only plastic or shatterproof containers near the hot tub. No glass containers are allowed.



6. No Diving or Jumping: The hot tub is shallow; diving or jumping is dangerous and prohibited.



7. Limit on Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy number (3) for safe use.



8. No Electrical Appliances: Keep all electrical devices at a safe distance to avoid electric shock.



9. Pregnant Women Caution: Pregnant women should consult a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.



10. Hydration: Stay hydrated by drinking water before and after using the hot tub.



11. Proper Attire: Suitable swimwear is required. Regular clothing or underwear is not allowed.



12. No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hot tub for safety and cleanliness.



13. Cover After Use: Always cover the hot tub after use to maintain temperature and safety.



14. Noise Control: Please keep noise levels low, especially during late hours, to respect the tranquility of the area.
