You will be amazed with the fantastic and direct ocean views from the main rooms (living, dining and master bedroom) and front deck! Warm and cozy facing the ocean board walk and steps to Sharp Park Pacifica beach pier and short walk to Sharp Park Golf Course.

A nicely situated property, with great views and sounds of the ocean right across the street. Very comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen,comfortable beds, and a lovely patio looking right at the ocean. My only complaint: clean windows would have given better views of the ocean when the doors were closed.

This property was amazing. The views, quaintness, ease of access and the overall quiet neighborhood, such a joy. Pacifica is a beautiful hidden gem, and if you haven't been, you need to go. I believe there will be a return trip in our future and I have already shared this place to stay with several friends so hopefully they will be booking soon as well. Cheers

The perfect place to see the ocean across the street and fall asleep with the waves crashing. Immaculate with comfy, fluffy, bedding, close to hiking, dining, shopping. Or, just stay in and do puzzles! All about location. We hated to leave.

Very well-appointed home. The code to the door wasn't working, which was frustrating as we were locked out upon arrival at 11:30pm. Thankfully, Vrbo was able to contact the owner when I couldn't, and they opened the door remotely and changed the code. We had no problems getting in after that. A deck umbrella would have been great, but regardless, we spent lots of time outside. Note that the weather was great while we were there, which led to a steady stream of folks driving and walking by the property.

This is my first time staying at a VRBO property and it was much more than I expected. The property was beautiful. The area right off of the water. Check in process was flawless. The house very clean and comfortable. The pictures don't do this property justice. It is set in an amazing location, and the neighbors are very friendly. The house guestbook gives local eateries, and grocery stores. She was very easy to get in touch with, though I had no reason to reach out to her because everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this property and will probably stay here again.

This was a beautiful house to stay at. The owner was great to communicate with and she was very timely. The location was incredible. We could hear the ocean with great ease and we were only steps away from it. The house was comfortable, clean, and had great amenities. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a relaxing few days and the ability to see, hear, and go to the ocean with ease.

The place was charming and well decorated while very comfortable. There was obviously a lot of thought and attention to details that went into making the stay great. It was in an awesome location right across from a beautiful beach and near a large pier. Spent our time enjoying the views out back and relaxing in the living room and bedroom watching movies. Pacifica is a very peaceful little town, and it is a really short drive into the city. Will definitely stay again!

Gwen's place is right on the water and was perfect for two couples to enjoy walks along the water, the local food, etc. It was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

We reached the property at 11pm at night and we were excited about it. Immediately we had issues with parking and there was no adequate parking available. As soon as we checked in we found out that the shower in the downstairs bathroom was not working and I contacted the host immediately. He replied the next morning asking if we had set the shower faucet properly and directed it to the tub. The next morning we tried to turn the shower on again the same exact way we did the night before and it was working but throughout the day it was hit or miss if the water was coming out of it or not. We always used the same method to turn the shower on as there is only one way to turn the shower on. I got an email from the host 12 days after my stay that somehow I have broken the shower and he is going to make me pay for the replacement. It appears to me that they are trying to make me pay for the issues that was already present prior to my arrival. This is a very shady way to do business and I would not recommend staying in a property where the host does not take responsible for the upkeep of the property.

The home was very clean and welcoming from the start. We loved the location and the fact you can hear waves crashing throughout the night. There is a nature trail close by and beautiful scenery to absorb. The home was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

This property was EXACTLY what we were hoping for. The outside is a little understated, but once you walk through that door, it's totally beautiful. Oceanfront is a very accurate description! The home sits facing the waves, and you can sit in either the living room, upstairs bedroom, or out on the front lanai to watch the ocean. You could hear the ocean from inside the house. The decorations were super fun and artistic, and the interior was well laid-out and had everything we needed. One of my friends is going through chemo and feeling weak, but she was perfectly happy with the downstairs bedroom and bathroom, and it was a great place for her to rest and recuperate. My other friend and I went for little walks in the mornings to get pastries (surprisingly, David's Bagels has the best selection of croissants and fancy baked things), and the property was situated really close to everything fun. There are walking trails at the end of the street, and you can also walk a couple of blocks up to the main street to shop. We mostly stayed home, but the house was so comfortable and cute that it was a pleasure. It was an easy check in and check out, and we didn't need to contact our host for anything, because everything was just right. There are two queen beds in the upstairs bedroom, which made it a great choice for a girls' getaway. And I can't say enough about the fun art everywhere. Very relaxing, and well appointed; it even has a washer and dryer.

My childhood friend and I had the best mini vacation here! We chose this place based upon all the other reviews and we were so happy with our experience there. The home is very comfortable; beds, temperature, quickness of water to heat up. The views are absolutely amazing. The host is super quick to respond to any questions or concerns that arise. We definitely highly recommend staying here.

Gwen was very responsive. Unit is as advertised and then some. Kitchen stocked incredibly well for your own cooking. Close to everything (restaurants, shopping, beach, hiking and San Fran). Lots of room to spread out inside and outside.

Staying in Pacifica is hit and miss, but this place is an absolute hit. You hear the waves if you open the patio door, you can walk to the beach. There's several cafes and restaurants within walking distance and a lot more just a short drive away. The house is well-stocked and has all the essentials for making your meals. The owner had clear communication and the booking process was just fine.

My wife and I spent our 50th Anniversary here (we lived on the same block 45 years ago; this was a return engagement after decades on the East Coast)). for those who don't know, Pacifica is just a cool, beachy town that is still a bit of an unknown gem. And this home, right on the Ocean, is in about as great a location as one could ask for. there are little restaurants, a bar with live entertainers, a great pie bakery just up the street. Two grocery stores and about a dozen restaurants within a mile. But the house is gorgeous and so well appointed. And again, right on the ocean and jus a few blocks from the famous fishing pier (stripers were running while we were there), The beginning of the coastal hike/bike trail is about a half mile down the beach and will take you all the way down to Linda Mar and even down further south. But it was fun just staying at the wonderful house binging on Netflix and the ocean waves, literally, just a few steps out the door (or from the patio). You can NOT find a cozier place to just kick back and enjoy a better get away. And your host is amazing and very helpful. All VERY good!

The home is as close to the beach as you can get! The area experienced extraordinary winds and the beach was active. The home has everything needed for guests and is very clean. Gwen was very responsive. The weather created an issue with the hot water tank and she had a handyman out to the house within hours. Gwen worked with us on an appropriate outcome. She even communicated with us after our stay to share the root cause of the issue.
