”We booked the "Beachy" unit in this home, but were given the smaller "Peaceful" unit on arrival. That left us with a single bed for four people. Two of us had to sleep on the floor (Pacifica was booked up for an archery event). We contacted the host, and they were willing to cancel the second night, but we were left with the full first night for a more expensive unit and a host fee that was higher than the cost of the room. The host blamed Expedia/Hotels.com for the mistake, but neither is...

”Property location, amazing, great rate and pet friendly. The rate to allow dogs is the highest I’ve EVER EVER PAID at $69 every night, which is what it is, but on Expedia it says $60 per night when I called to verify that’s what they shared, so at least I was prepared and then the guy at checkin, where I signed stating I understood the pet policies, clarified and said I had it All wrong, it was $60 for the whole stay. Well, what a relief- until I got my folio, and was charged $69 each night. ...
