”It was spartan, but clean. There was a beautiful view but no furniture at all on the deck to sit and enjoy the view. The code to get in did not work, and the owner took a couple of hours to get back to me about how and when we would be able to get in. No kitchen sink, and bath towels were very thin and tiny.”

”Very clean and modern unit. I really appreciated the coffee and condiments. Fully stocked kitchen with small stove and oven. Amazing water pressure in shower. Didn’t need for much except maybe foil or plastic wrap to keep my leftovers. Great communication with host. Parking was tight if other tenants didn’t stay inside their designated lines. And front gate would not stay latched, but overall pleasant stay. Perfect for two adult guests. ”

”The Coastal Retreat is very cute inside. I love the way it is decorated. It was nice having the fans in the bedrooms, which were spacious enough. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The bathroom was nice, ,especially the shower head. I would not say that this home accommodates 6 people. We had 5 in our family. There is an ottoman that folds out as a “bed”, and bedding available for it, however the couch is on the slimmer side and I would not consider it for sleeping. The ottoman attached...

”We enjoyed our stay in Pacifica. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, and the home was perfect. It was very clean and tidy and was well appointed with all of the necessities for a long weekend stay. I would definitely stay there again. ”

”Just stayed at this property of Arlene‘s. We had rented another property of hers, but it was unavailable for this stay. This property was clean well equipped, even had Keurig pods, which was very helpful. Located about a block and a half from the beach very walkable with a nice trail to the left of the street. Oceana market is just across the highway by an overpass within walking distance. Would definitely stay at any of her properties again.”
