”Staff were great, bar was great, location to golden 1 was great. Only downsides were the size of the room (small/cramped), the bathroom door is see through (awkward if it’s more than one person staying in the room), and the traffic/street train was very noisy and woke us up a few times. Oh and parking is a minimum of $25/day for the parking garage next door or $55/day for valet. Otherwise lovely hotel, close to venue and all staff were very kind and helpful.”

”Elevator was out and they did not notify us. My husband and I are both seniors and have physical conditions that limit out mobility. We had to carry luggage 2 flights downstairs. The person at the front desk told me I could cancel my reservation, when we arrived to check in. I was attending conference day of and did not have the option of taking time out of my schedule to try to find another hotel room in a days notice. She should have been oroactive in problem-solving and offered to get help to...

”breakfast was good., room was clean and the facility is great. shout out to jujus restaurant located on the first floor. upscale food and drinks in an urban after work setting just right for a fabulous night out. heads up with parking. no valet parking at the huge parking garage creates some confusion”

”I don’t usually write reviews but this Inn was very impressive, and the owners are the nicest people who care about their visitors. They have the cutest little dog that greets you when checking in, and the process is so smooth and seamless. The rooms were clean, and as someone who had to stay for a night, I felt extremely safe and well taken care of. ”
