This home sits on a corner lot, with a fenced in back yard containing a 3-level deck and paver stone patio with wood-burning fire pit, charcoal grill, outdoor dining table, lounge furniture and gas fire pit, along with a new bug zapper. The driveway can park 4 cars, with additional on-street parking.

The home features keypad entry with automated outdoor lighting, vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen, a 65-inch wall-mounted TV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, Paramount+, Peacock, and ESPN/ESPN+, fully remodeled kitchen with access to the back deck. The spacious master suite sits off on its own side of the house with attached bathroom. It features 9-foot ceilings, king bed, carpeted floor, room-darkening curtains, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV with Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+, Peacock, and ESPN/ESPN+, sitting/reading chair, a dressing mirror, bedroom set for clothing storage, and wall USB outlet for easy charging of your mobile devices (no need or wall adapter).

The opposite side of the house holds the 2 guest rooms and guest bathroom all in the same hallway with the bathroom situated in the middle. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, nightstand with lamp, ceiling fan, carpeted floors, closet, room-darkening curtains, and USB wall outlets. One room has a full suite of dressers and changing mirror, while the other only has a changing mirror, work desk, and wall-mounted TV with Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+, Peacock, and ESPN/ESPN+. The guest bathroom is a full, recently renovated bathroom.

Laundry room has washer & dryer, ironing board, iron, detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets.

Full kitchen with new appliances and stocked dishes, silverware, cookware, etc.

Great for families

We travelled with our adult children and spouse and infant as well as one of our dogs. The house was spacious and had everything we all needed. My husband and I always travel with our dogs and it’s hard to find a fenced in yard. This fit the bill perfectly! The kitchen and main room are open and it made gathering with everyone work easily!

Great Stay!

Great place and quiet location! Nate was a great communicator before and all throughout our stay. We used all three bedrooms and all slept great. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Nice blackout curtains in street-facing bedroom! Appropriate instructions for use of televisions and great selection of streaming services. While we didn’t do any cooking, there was ample things provided if we had wanted to cook. Would highly recommend Nate’s place if you need a place to stay in the Paducah area!

Great property/host

Nate’s property was up-to-date and nicely decorated. It was clean, well-stocked with amenities and linens. Beds were comfortable, too. We felt very safe, as the property was in a nice residential neighborhood. Entry way was well-lit and check-in procedures were detailed and easy to understand. Our only regret is that we didn’t have time to enjoy the patio and fire pit!

Will stay here again!

This house is on a corner and located in a quiet neighborhood. This listing is a true find. We will stay here every time we come to Paducah! The listing is exactly as described. There is plenty of room for group activities but cozy enough to allow for privacy from your fellow travelers. The kitchen is well stocked with a lot of the same appliances you have at home. The bathroom is well stocked as well. The check in and out process is a snap but best of all Nate is an excellent host. He was accessible and answered all of our questions within a matter of minutes. He was attentive without being intrusive. One of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. If your looking for a place in Paducah you can’t go wrong with this property!

Cute and cozy house

This property was perfect for a girls getaway trip. Both the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with little extras that made it that much nicer. The furniture was comfortable and the electric fireplace made the living area cozy. The house was very clean and the mattress/bedding was comfy. No complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again if were in the area.
