"Käytävästä kantautui palo-oven ja hissin äänet huoneeseen. Muuten oli kyllä hiljaista. Onneksi väsytti illalla niin, että ovien ja hissin kolina ei juuri haitannut."

"Hotelli sijaitsee super hyvällä paikkaa ja näkymä hotellin aamupalalta on ihana. Huoneessa oli yllätyksenä myös parveke joka oli plussaa ja sänky on yksi parhaista missä olen nukkunnut. Tulisin ehdottomasti toistekin."

"This review was saved by the staff. The summer has been very warm. Exceptionally warm even but not surprisingly warm. This exceptional warmth has made the AC in the hotel work in an unsatisfactory level. It wouldn't be a stretch to way the hotel has sold something it doesn't have when claiming to have AC in rooms. I've once seen the same pattern, so I recognized it. The hotel management is absolutely knowledgeable about the situation, but instructs the staff to go through the same process with each complaint about rooms being too hot: 1. Send someone to fiddle with the AC controls and hope the customer is silenced. 2. If not, move the customer to another room. 3. If still not, repeat 1. even if it's demeaning. 4. If the customer is headstrong and still unhappy, move to another room and raise the room level. This is of course unsustainable if nobody gives up at earlier steps. Many do for sure and that's why it works. I gave a four-star review because the old hotel is a magnificent building and the staff was professional and very nice, even though I didn't sleep that well at all. I'd like to see these kinds of hotels continue to exist. So, my message is ultimately to the decision-makers: Shame on you. You need to have that pricey AC overhaul right now. You've known about it for a longer time."

"Kaikki sujui hyvin. Uimapaikassa oli maininta, että kielletty alle 18-vuotiailta ja se vähän harmitti lasten kanssa. Muuten lapsille oli kyllä kiva leikki- ja pelihuone, jossa viihdyttiin. Oma ravintola oli kätevä. Ihan ok ruoka ja ruoka tuli nopeasti. Huoneessa oli vähän kuuma. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä."
