Henkeäsalpaava uusi vuoristohirsikoti

Tässä 3600 - 4000 SF -vuoristonäkymässä on kaikki hienot olot. Nousevasta katosta, käsin sahatuista tukkeista, graniittitiloista ja leppäpuusta, jossa on kovapuu- ja liuskekivilattia, tämä koti tarjoaa näkymät "kuolla". Pää- ja vierashuoneissa on queen-vuoteet, oma kylpyhuone ja HD-televisio. Yläkerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta (toisessa queen-vuode, alennukset (100 dollaria - 200 dollaria)) on saatavissa varauksille 6 päivää tai pidempään ja jos haluat käyttää vain 4 alkuperäistä makuuhuonetta, hinta on 50 dollaria / nt halvempaa.

toisessa on kerrossänky, jonka pohjassa on tupla ja huoneessa lisävuode. Teatterissa on kuningatar 'Murphy-sänky' ja oma kylpyhuone. Alakerran vierashuoneessa on nyt myös lastensänky. Olemme juuri muuttaneet autotalli vielä kahdeksi makuuhuoneeksi (2016) (kuningatar ja toinen kerrossänky - kaksinkertainen pohjassa ja kaksoset ylhäällä). Uuden autotallin on odotettava ensi vuoteen! Lisää 50 dollaria / yö, jos haluat käyttää ylimääräisiä makuuhuoneita (kaikki 6)

Viihdyttävä perhe ja ystävät ovat helppoja täysin varustellulla gourmet-keittiöllä, takalla rasvahuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa, parvekkeella parvella w / biljardipöytä, foosball ja premier-teatteritila, jossa on nahkaiset lepotuolit 12: lle, jossa on 110 'HD-näyttö, Blue Ray DVD- ja THX-surround-stereoäänijärjestelmä kaikkialla. Olemme lisänneet 6-7 hengen kylpytynnyrin kannelle ja uusia suurempia HD-televisioita MB: hen ja vieras BR: ään. Retkeily on ympäri!

Stayed five nights with wife, two daughters, and five grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone. House was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful Mountain View with large table on deck for outdoor meals, relaxing, bird and wildlife watching (big buck deer ran right by deck). Had a wonderful and relaxing time with family.

Our family of 11 had a fabulous stay in this beautiful home! Fantastic views and accommodations, close enough to town and also to hiking, waterfalls, and lots of nature. We made wonderful memories here playing games, pool, shuffleboard, watching movies and just being together!

This home was impressive in size and amenities. We had a girls weekend getaway with about 12 women there each night. We all came over from Durango. The house was very comfortable for us to fit everyone sleeping and sitting at the table and in the living room. The house had a lot of fun amenities, great western mountain decor, and it was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, lots of towels and blankets were also available. I contacted the property manager at check-in and check-out and she answered right away. I never had issues during the stay that I needed assistance with. Our group will be booking again for next year. Great house and Pagosa Springs is a wonderful Colorado town even for those of us who are already blessed to live in Colorado.

This was our second time staying here and the house and location can’t be beat.The views from the back porch a re breathtaking. We had a few issues which is to be expected when you have a rental property but the manger of the property was on top and took care of the property right away. The owner of the house even texted us too let us know we could have an earlier than anticipated check in.Highly recommended staying here and will definitely return

We enjoyed staying here. It was about 20 to 25 minutes to the slope and only 10 to 15 minutes to town. Everyone loved the theatre room and all the extra room we had. The view of the mountains is beautiful and the hot tub was awesome. We were able to enjoy meals together at the long table and had the game table in the living room for puzzle's and games. Thanks for sharing your home!

The space was amazing and it fulfilled all our needs/wants. It could use some TLC but we were pleased overall. The owner was very quick to answer questions and accommodating to requests. We will consider the property again the next time visit the area.

We stayed with our group of 12 in this home and it was the perfect amount of space to accommodate us all! The house is older and does have some issues, such as doors on first level not closing completely, maybe from shifting? All the amenities more than made up for small issues that need attention in this house. The hot tub on the deck with the beautiful view was amazing! We also enjoyed the theater room and pool table!

We had a group of 8 ready for a ski week at wolf creek. The house had more than enough space amenities for 10. We enjoyed the games, the theater and the living space to spend quality time together! We hope to be back to the area soon and back to this house!

We had contacted Jack a few days before we left Texas to ensure how to access the Pagosa Springs home. Upon arrival we were so excited to see the home was exactly as it had been described on VRBO. Everything was as it was stated in the listing. The location of the home was excellent and the neighborhood was very nice. Due to age ranges of our family the media room was the biggest hit with the younger individuals watching movies sports and playing games. The home was clean and everything worked as it should have. The only recommendation that we have for us but will not for every guest is baby gates would have been nice, however it wasn’t something that we couldn’t take care of ourselves . I would highly recommend a stay at this home for a lifetime of memories to be made and would not hesitate booking this home again. Jack was available at any time however I did not have to communicate with him during our stay because everything was just as expected.

The house and neighborhood is beautiful but the cell service is horrible. The WiFi never worked the whole weekend. I never received information on how to enter the property and had to call the management company to get in. The pictures from the posting are old and there aren’t any bunk beds. The two kids room have a queen bed and twin bed only. The house has a great game and movie room That kept the kids entertained.

House was big for all of us, but the appliances are falling apart. Dust cobwebs and mice. Cabinets have broken doors and shower doors don’t close all the way
