On the main floor you’ll find the kitchen, dining & living area, 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a balcony with plenty of space to enjoy the view. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms. One with a king size bed, a twin bed, a twin bunk bed and a full attached bathroom. The other with a king size bed, a twin bunk bed and an entertainment area with a large TV & seating area.

The San Juan River Village subdivision has private fishing access to the San Juan River as well as some fishing ponds located around the neighborhood. Please ask for more information on fishing.

This is a pet friendly home. 2 dog maximum unless authorized. There is a $75.00 pet fee per dog as well as a refundable pet deposit of $100.00 per dog.
